You can beat the entire game without any of the companions being present. If Shadowheart dies the artifact still finds its way to you and you can still complete the Trials and free the Nightsong.

Then don't play it, it's not like you're going to miss crucial story lines for future titles or anything. BotW and TotK are some of the most fun I've ever had with a videogame and I got more emotionally invested with their lackluster stories than I did with some of the older games. Not every game needs to be for everyone, if you aren't feeling it then just skip it and go play one of the older titles again to get your Zelda fix.

Nope they already reversed the decision. I guess they want to cater to the streamers/keep as many people happy as possible so they keep buying skins or what have you. I do think you're right though and it's so funny to see people going "well as a GM III player" like low-key bragging about their fancy video game title lol

No one's obligated to wait for other people to show up to something that literally spawns hourly, anyone whining about missing out on cutting down virtual trees needs to go outside and touch a real on every now and then.

Every time one of these articles shows up the comments are filled with people complaining about how easily offended people are, thus driving up site engagement and getting the algorithm to push the article in front of more people which makes Screenrant write more of them and that's just so funny to me.

But at the point where you're forced to pick you don't know how drastically different the fallouts will be. I picked to save Treviso on my first playthrough because of how Lucanis pointed out the water supply would be blighted for years and figured the mages in Minrathous would be in a better position to take back the city from the Venatori in the aftermath. Then on my second playthrough, knowing how utterly clapped the Shadow Dragons get and how few repercussions actually happen in Treviso as far as faction deaths/story impact it was easier to pick to save Minrathous.

Any interest in had in Shazam 2 was squashed entirely by Zachary Levi whining endlessly like a baby about how he should be as big a name as Christ Evans or Robert Downey Jr just because he played a superhero and that was the only reason he signed on for the role in the first place. Maybe try being a better actor buddy.
