The easiest way is already in MCU. We know that variants of one person can look same or completly different (Loki, No Way Home), but from Deadpool& Wolverine we know that variants of two people can look same (Chris Evans as Captain America and Human Torch). So RDJ's Doctor Doom looking like Sacred Timeline Tony Stark is just coincidence that Doom uses against Avengers.
