One Year After Longlegs, I've Changed My Mind About The Nicolas Cage Horror Movie
It was ok. My disappointment came from expecting a silence of the lambs move and getting a supernatural movie (just like the article pointed out). It’s all well and good they went that way, but it wasn’t just the marketing that set those expectations. It was the first act of the movie. By the time you learn it was actually satan that was responsible for what was happening, it felt almost like a coo out, and didn’t feel true to the world they’d thrown us into. I did think Cage was incredible and very creepy. No complaints there.
If You Still Can't Get Enough Of Walton Goggins, Check Out His First Major TV Role In This Crime Drama With 90% On RT
I'm loving all of The Shield articles here lately. Shane is still Walton's best role. His performance from seasons 6 & 7 in particular is masterful. I'll say it again, this show is under appreciated, but those who know, know.
The Same Year Breaking Bad Came Out, One Of The Best Crime Dramas Of All Time Aired Its Finale
Great article. 100% agree. This, to me, is the greatest show of all time. I put its final two episodes up against any two episodes of any other show. Pure genius, beginning to end. I keep waiting for it to get it’s deserved recognition, but I think it will always go under appreciated.
Braveheart Review: Mel Gibson's Historically Inaccurate Epic Has Some Of The Greatest Battle Scenes Of All Time
I don’t hold the inaccuracies against it in the slightest. This is still one of the greatest movies of my lifetime. Deserved every award it got.
8 Years After The Leftovers' Ending, I'm Still Impressed It Pulled Off One Thing That Hurt Other Mystery Shows
100%. Lost was great because of the characters. The finale accepted that and made it its focus.
I Just Learned One Of Lost's Best Characters Was Inspired By A Classic Stephen King Hero & Now I Can't See Him The Same
Yeah, this was very obvious from the start. Both characters are awesome, so kudos to them for making it work. People's issues with Lost, and even a lot of King's novels is that they miss the point - that the characters are what matters. The plot is almost secondary.
Predator: Badlands Trailer Reveals A Predator Teaming Up With An Android In A Surprising Alien Connection
This is a horrible idea. Leave the Alien franchise out of it.
Here's How 9-1-1 Could Have Easily Saved Bobby From Dying (And It Makes His Death More Insulting)
I'm guessing Krause really wanted off the show and they just threw it together to get him out. But bad writing is bad writing. Seems like no one cared enough.
Top Gun 3's Perfect Tom Cruise Replacement Makes A Maverick Theory Even More Likely
I don't think anyone wants to see anyone replace Tom Cruise as the star of a Top Gun movie. Cruise IS Top Gun, just like he IS MI. You simply can't sideline the guy.
Prometheus’ Most Confusing Mystery Has Finally Been Solved After 13 Years, But Ridley Scott’s Alien Prequel Story Shouldn’t Be Over Yet
I thought it was confirmed that Scott is making a sequel to Covenant? I'd love to see the conclusion to his saga, as I think Prometheus is leagues better than Romulus. To me, David and the engineers are far more interesting than the xenomorph.
I Love Bluey, But These 10 Episodes Hit A Little Too Close To Home
Yeah. That and the episode where Bingo wants to finally sleep on her own. The whole thing with her floating through space and her mom being the sun… gets me every time.
Mumford & Sons' New Album: Every Song On Rushmere Ranked
Great album. It’s like sigh no more with a sprinkling of Delta. I’ll say, it’s a bit more contemplative and ‘quiet’ than I thought it would be, but not in a bad way. On par with The Lumineers Automatic, for me. Which is high praise.
Hugh Jackman Shares First BTS Look At His New Robin Hood Movie
Ridley Scott's Robin Hood was awesome, I don't care what anyone says. It's a shame there was never a sequel.
If Timothée Chalamet Wants To Win An Oscar In 2026, He'll Probably Have To Beat One Of His Idols
lol The Rock. You lost me there.
The Hobbit Movies Get A Lot Of Hate, But I'll Always Love These 10 Things About The LOTR Prequel Trilogy
100%. I love these movies - watch them annually. Other highlights from this trilogy: Gandalf and Galadriel's relationship & Frodo and Gollum's riddle scene. I think a lot of the big action scenes are also impressive - Goblin Town, Mirkwood, Smaug awakens, and the barrel riding scene. I know a lot of people dislike the CGI, and think these scenes are too over the top, but I disagree. I find them endlessly entertaining and well executed.
Heat Ending's Biggest Debate About Neil Gets Definitive Answer From Robert De Niro 30 Years Later
I saw an interview w Mann. He said once he let himself fall in love, it threw off his whole code. He only made that decision to go after Waigro bc he first let himself fall in love. So once he broke the code, all bets were off, without him realizing it
I Loved This Tombstone Character During Their First Scene, But Hated Them By Their Last
Ringo is awesome from beginning to end. He and Doc stole the show, obviously.
A Thousand Blows Review: As A Peaky Blinders Fan, I Genuinely Can't Get Over How Good This Perfect Replacement Works
This sounds really great. Can't wait to check it out.
Ridley Scott's Post-Apocalyptic Movie With Jacob Elordi Adds 3 Stars From 2025 Oscar-Nominated Movies
Man it’s pretty easy to figure out who these actors play, and it’s dream casting. This is great news.
10 Scenes in Guy Ritchie Gangster Movies That Are Basically Perfect
Awesome list. Snatch is one of my favorites, followed closely by Lock Stock. I’d probably add Bullet Tooth Tony’s ‘Desert Eagle’ monologue. That scene is masterful.
