All three movies also have the Jones Manure haulers. I don't think I would consider them Easter eggs however. It's is, or especially was common in the 1980's that small towns often had businesses that were established early in the towns history, and were ed through families for generations. So less of an Easter egg, and more of a stereotypical norm for the times.
