See AllThe MCU's Mister Fantastic And Doctor Doom Are Already Talking To Each Other
I love many of the actors in this project. Maybe my feelings will change closer to the release date or after seeing a couple trailers, but I'm not excited about this at all. I've always been a comic book fan and as beloved as DC is, I've always been a Marvel girl. I don't know if I would have picked the same people but I would really really like to be pleasantly surprised.
“If You’re Not Going To Make It, Don’t Hijack It”: How Ben Affleck & The ant 2 Director Got Warner Bros.' Blessing To Make Sequel Without The Studio Explained
While I'm not excited for Amazon to be drawing talent or more money away from another company, I have been waiting to see this. In my opinion, it's one of his best roles after The Town. I wouldn't have chosen him to play the caped crusader, but he wasn't disappointing. I have a really bad habit of comparing Ben to Matt (I know, I know. It's not fair) and Matt always wins. Except with The ant. And Jon Berenthal, even with his Punisher fans, does not get enough credit. He is just a chef's kiss.

X-Men Confirms Rogue Is Now One of Marvel's Strongest Heroes of All Time, After Permanently Absorbing a God-Tier Avenger
Whine, whine snore. The comic franchise is not going to tank if a few people don't read/buy them. There's always a chance that the men are coming next, but if that's the only time you like them, therapy may be needed. Rogue was always my favorite X-Men. I for one can not stand what they did to her character in the movies and am happy to see her become a powerful leader.
Rebel Ridge Proves Aaron Pierre Would Be Perfect For The Next Reboot Of The $7.6B James Bond Franchise
I love Aaron and I think he has a range that easily extends from drama to science fiction/fantasy to action. I'm not sure about Bond. It's far too beloved and embedded for some people to think about tearing themselves away from a white James Bond. Ian Fleming based the character on spies he knew, which would lead anyone to surmise (and considering this was after WW2) he may not have actually met any Black spies. I would prefer a story like the life of James Wormley Jones or a new franchise written around him. The backlash to filming James Bond as a person of color might be something his career would struggle to return from. I don't care about people's opinions, but I don't want that smoke for him or any actor just because the world is stuck in the mud.
