They were flawless and I say this with all responisibility after seeing kore than 10.000 films. Everything in the Matrix sequels was great, from story to execution to casting (even side characters like Captain Mifune)

Matrix 2&3 were the most amazing movies I have ever seen and they basically make up just 1 single film together with the first one. It's a continuous story.

The 2 sequels in the 2000s make up the whole story. And they are fu**ing AMAZING!! I LOVE THOSE SEQUELS, THEY ARE SOME OF THE BEST MOVIES EVER MADE.
