I wanted to see Isobel retire, Jubal promoted into her job, and Cam given Jubal's old job. It would keep her on a leadership track but still occasionally put her in the field where she excels. Raines and Smitty would both have been good for the new CIA series. I never warmed to the Mitchell character, but everybody else on International seemed to have more to do and more to say.
That said, Most Wanted ended very well.

Whatever Bruce was doing, in a suit and in a costume, it was working.
