The HBO Sci-Fi Masterpiece That Went Downhill After Season 1 Deserved A Much Better Fate
Westworld was a movie written and directed by Michael Crichton, not a novel.
Why No One From Star Trek: The Next Generation Attended Worf’s Deep Space Nine Wedding

Star Trek: Voyager’s Infamous Amelia Earhart Episode Isn’t As Bad As You
I loved it. Thought it should have been a two-parter. Could have done a deeper dive into the various story aspects. But I never had a problem with the episode on a basic level.
10 Best Submarine War Movies, Ranked
I do in fact consider the Cold War to be a conflict. So Hunt qualifies as a war movie for me.
Picard Season 3 Was Right To Abandon A Star Trek Romance That Never Should've Happened
Picard Season Three was the bomb. A total masterpiece. Exactly what I wanted. Don't really care about what happened to most of the characters in the first two seasons.
I Honestly Think One Of 24's Worst-Reviewed Seasons Was Jack Bauer's Best Moment
I totally agree with your assessment of Seasonb 8 on all counts. I'm a political junkie myself so I found all of the peace treaty stuff really suspenseful. My favorite season for identical reasons to yours.

Fringe all the way!

There was a second miniseries in 2004 starring Rob Lowe. I prefer it to the Hooper version.
10 Classic Movies That Can't Actually Be Rebooted
Why do you call 2001 awkward. It is a perfectly made science fiction masterpiece. And I should point out that the pacing isn't excruciating to people without short attention spans. It wasn't designed to be action packed. It was designed to engender a sense of the mythic. I was born in 1963 and I don't have a problem with the pacing.
I Want Strange New Worlds To Break Star Trek Canon & Save Captain Pike
Agreed! I ire the desire to be canonical, but after over 600 hours of Star Trek , not to mention all the timey -wimey shenanigans through the decades of Berman--era and Nu-Trek, I don't see any problem with messing about with the Canon. I'm not married to it.
I Don't Care If Modern Star Trek Breaks Established Canon
Totally agree with this! After all, the Eugenics Wars have been shifted around a few times. And all that timey--wimpy stuff makes rigid adherence to canon problematic at best. After over 600 hours of Star Trek how would it even be possible?
