What they need to do is simple. Stick to the script. Meaning make a live action that is the same as the story that was animated. There doesn't always need to be change. These stories were great and successful already all you have to do is get live action actors who look and act like the characters already established and viola. Lilo and stitch looks good. Hopefully they wont change much. I guess I kind of guess changing certain things about past movies but the more recent movies like lilo and stitch and tangled do not need to be updated and changed. Tell the same story with the same characters that already brought you success after all that was supposed to be one of the main reasons for so many live action movies, playing it safe

I agree. I think it could be similar to Smallville where Clark meets and falls in love with Lana Lane first then later meets Lois Lane in the series. I also think Sadie would play a great comic accurate Mary Jane. 🤞
