Just the same tired complaint we have been hearing for years. The author doesn't understand how Lewis saw his character. His letters show he wrote Susan to be similar to him and his journey from atheism back to Christ. The adaptation can fix the problem by finishing the 8th book. When Peter Jackson made Lord of the Rings he said his job was to tell the author's story without a bunch of baggage. Question is whether this new Narnia series will be like that or a laughable flop like Rings of power, which had sub par screenwriters changing the lore and upsetting fans.
