Man.. I really hope they aren't far into making it. The irony in Sonics eyes being too far apart and now Shreks being too close is very telling that the industry needs to do more outreach before diving into projects. Especially if they consistently hire individuals whom cannot keep the material original? These characters should have never been approved of in the pitch status. They obviously do not look like the source characters at all. Any artist worth their grain would've noticed this.

Personally I feel they need to start putting it back. Long gone are the days where mostly boys played games. My wife is really upset that co-op is being removed from games because she wants to play or stream games together. Gaming is more popular than ever with everyone. One would think it would be the opposite and companies would want local multiplayer and co-op in their games more than ever before
