Bertholdt's Colossal Titan can also use nuke too. He can control his nuke explosion, that's why he didn't blow up the whole Shiganshina while he could have, in season 4 episode 3 we show that Bertholdt blow up an entire enemy territory with Hiroshima and Nagasaki sized nuke blast.
