One thing to keep in mind is the huge difficulty in writing a story with a specific episode length, and wrestling with actors' schedules, all while maintaining the quality of the storyline. Every story I have seen that bent over backwards to wrap up with detailed answers to every plot point was tedious & boring.

Being a Yellowstone fan, and therefore being invested in the characters, is key to being able to stay with this series to the end. I enjoyed 1923, but I think the Yellowstone series concept has been depleted. Yellowstone is probably my favorite series of all time, and the prequels are up there with it, but all good things come to an end. I am not much of a TV guy, so I doubt I would follow any more spinoffs.
