I'm always curious where Firestorm is in events like this. He could use his powers on most of them before they get a chance to cause any issues. Even Eradicator with the N52 abilities could siphon impure Kryptonian physiology in the Last Son's case. I like the basis of this story but i feel like to much is glossed over in of solutions. Not that i want them to revisit Death Metal, but i would love to see a story of the real Last Sun showing up. That would be a problem not easily solved.

I wouldnt be against Chris Evans returning as old man Steve Rogers giving guidance to Sam but i would prefer they leave him out of the movie completely. If they were going to bring him back, let him come back after Brave New World and maybe hold out until Doomsday or later. Have him come in as the new head of Shield after Thunderbolt Ross has his downfall.
