You should of concentrated more on the plot and reviewing the episode than if someone feels like they know someone for long enough period to care about them ruby feels like she doesn’t know the doctor that well or maybe her saying that was a coping mechanism? a defence mechanism? Or it’s just the way she feels? We actually don’t know so shouldn’t criticise this.
