I'd heard he teied to make it all about him from the start and have no original TNG cast . What a plonker. I quess that would be hard with Frakes doing a frakes and talking his way in as a director.

Anyway I never liked the idea of Stewart getting the main roll, hisnwhole demeanour and acting abilities are not for SciFi, but Picard was actually pretty good and would have easily lasted a few more of these modern short seasons.

Does anyone really care, she was just another awful choice for captain. 3rd choice at best and she waffles on about how they picked her above all others and hownshe owned the role bla bla bla. Maybe a better choice and we'd have had many more seasons. I think the same about Archer, Picard and Cisco too. Just GD awful choices, but Rodenberry and his disciples picked characters that would have better suited to 1960s and before Not 90's onwards.

Anyway she was queen of awful hair and over acting, Archer thought he was Napoleon always looking sideways for the nod of approval, he was much better in Quantum Leap.
