Seriously all of you need to do a little bit of research into the origins of the Drow. He based the on the dark elves from Norse mythology who were a race of dark skinned elves that lived underground not on any group people currently living anywhere in the world. The author of this article even stated that Drow are based on dark elves from Norse mythology. Stop projecting your racism and race guilt on things you clearly didn't look into before making unfounded claims of this nature.
