Zeus saying "There are men. There are gods. And there is Batman" wasn't an acknowledgement. It was a flippant dismissal, much like "War with the Amazonians, it must be Tuesday...".

If anything, it's an acknowledgement of Batman's arrogance in how Bruce sees himself, and more like an "Oh no, Batman.... ruuuuuuuun" type of dig.
