The Golden Bachelorette
Chock is a typical salesman. He wants to win. I see no chemistry there what so ever. He seems to be playing to the cameras. I think Guy is sincere... but overall Joan is not ready to turn the page from the loss of her late husband. It's obvious as she continues to feel guilty over dating which is normal. I believe a person who loses a soul mate in some instances may never be ready to move on. Joan seems to have initially thought this journey would perhaps open her heart but it seems she is just not committal.

See AllI’m Struggling To Understand How The Golden Bachelorette’s Joan Vassos & Chock Chapple Plan To Spend Their Time (Their NYC Dreams Aren’t Full Time)
Don't do it!!!
You will ultimately not survive this nonsense. Long distance relationships become tiresome and boring.
I place the blame squarely on the producers. Older people who are divorced or loose spouses, are somewhat rooted with friends, careers and most importantly family. Placing people on a show who are rooted are not going to give up family over another person.

The Golden Bachelorette: I Wish Everyone Would Leave Joan Vassos And Chock Chapple Alone (I Don't Want Another Gerry & Theresa Ending)
How about they stay off of Instagram??? I think people as well as fans are sick of the constant updates. They both are irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. They enjoy putting created drama into their relationship just so they get clicks. Go away be happy get a life.
I’m Convinced The Golden Bachelorette’s Joan Vassos & Chock Chapple Are Deceiving Bachelor Nation (They’re Playing Their Relationship Up To Be Less Of A Showmance)
I don't believe this woman is genuine
I feel the producers attempt of making her connection with viewers has not materialized.
Chock, Pascal and Guy were the most financial secure of the group.
Under the circumstances surrounding her deceased husband's legal problems before his death...leads me to believe she is a gold digger.
She also looking to scale her brand through Instagram which questions her integrity. She is trying to hard to convince Bachelor Nation and her followers over her guilt about finding love.
As far as Chock...he is the most self centered egotistical controlling person I've ever witnessed.
The Golden Bachelorette: "Love Shack!": Joan & Chock's NYC Getaway Might Redeem A Tarnished Franchise
Holidays are here, which means family. So how does this work???
I met my partner at 60 ...8 years together we built 2 homes together share 13 children 6 which are spouses and 10 grandchildren. I couldn't be a day without him by my side. This rendition of reality TV of relationships at 60 is ridiculous. At 60 we are different people. Compromise is important but also intimate. Putting it on TV and telling viewers its going to work is hysterical. Looking for a relationship with a person who lives 2000 miles away is not going to work. Especially when time and family is so significant. I agree with Pascal the show should be more regional.

I understand a face-lift and botox is an out of pocket expense and once you start it's hard to stop. Joan speaks and her face is frozen. There are not many 65 year olds who look like Joan
Without a visit to the plastic surgeon.Look she was cast because of looks. Whether these two love each other stands to be seen. I think she picked Chock because he was financially secure as was Guy & Pascal. The most genuine authentic person was Mark. The rest were a non reality version of nonsense produced for entertainment
