The latest season of some intriguing rookies debuting, and the latest Challenge twist is that no one can win the game without winning an elimination first.
That's a pretty big curveball, and it really changes the prospects for the season's competitors. So here are all of the female competitors of the season, ranked according to their chances of winning.
Bayleigh Dayton
Maybe Bayleigh will do shockingly well (rookies sometimes have a streak of beginners luck), but we're not expecting her to. As a Big Brother contestant, the whole format of The Challenge isn't very familiar to her, and she didn't finish very well in her Big Brother showing either.
And given that anyone going to the final this season has to beat someone in an elimination, we're guessing that unseasoned rookies like Bayleigh are going to be thrown in repeatedly until they're gone.
Jennifer Lee
At the very least, Jennifer knows how things work on a series that sees some serious physical competition. The Amazing Race doesn't have a lot in common with The Challenge, but it at least has more in common with it than Big Brother.
Rookies tend to be in eliminations constantly on their debut Challenge seasons, so even if Jennifer has some skills, she's really going to have to fight her way through every week.
Kaycee Clark
Of all of the reality TV cross-pollination that The Challenge participates in, one of the oddest is their recruitment of Big Brother contestants. They don't seem like a very natural match up, and it doesn't seem like Big Brother contestants ever stand out on The Challenge either.
But perhaps Kaycee Clark will buck that trend. She at least won the show that she was a part of, which makes her the most threatening rookie of the season.
"Big T" Fazakerley
Big T actually did better than most people expected in her previous season of The Challenge. She gave Georgia a really good run for her money in their elimination, an elimination that everyone assumed Georgia had in the bag.
And since the fate of this season rests on those who win eliminations, it seems that Big T's ability to perform beyond expectations could really help her.
Melissa Reeves
Melissa's performances in The Challenge have always been a little bit more than most might expect of her, but still leaves her in the middle of the pack in the competition.
She's definitely decent, but it would take some luck for her to make it all the way to the end too, especially since her hot head has gotten her booted from the competition before.
Kailah Casillas
Much in the same vein as Melissa, Kailah is a competitor who can do well but usually sticks towards the middle of the pack. And while Melissa was kicked off the show for fighting, Kailah was the one duking it out with her and was also eliminated because of it, which could be a problem.
Kailah does deserve credit where it's due, but as Lil Mama might say mentally, she's a bum (sometimes).
Mattie Lynn Breaux
Mattie Lynn Breaux is no joke and it's no surprise that the rest of the girls are scared of her. Clocking in at around 6 feet tall, Mattie could beat a lot of the girls in any physical elimination on her size alone. However, she's clearly not unbeatable.
No one wants to go against her, but she'll have to see an elimination to make it to the end, and eliminations are big wild cards for competitors who aren't completely well rounded.
Jennifer West
Jennifer West is a competitor that most of the other girls are intimidated by, as they should be. In of pound for pound strength, there probably isn't a girl on the season (and possibly isn't a girl in the entire series) who is stronger.
However as The Challenge has repeatedly proved, strategy can beat strength almost every time. And in an elimination with Tori, it seemed like Jenny really doesn't have it in her to actually hurt someone to win.
Nany Gonzalez
Nany has never really gotten a fair shake in her seasons of The Challenge. She's an above average competitor who isn't on the level of a Laurel or a Cara Maria, but plenty of girls who are as skilled or even less skilled than Nany have already won at least one season of The Challenge.
And she's one of the most seasoned competitors on Total Madness, so while she might not pull out a win finally, she has a better shot than most.
Aneesa Ferreira
Aneesa is another super seasoned competitor who has never actually pulled out a win, and she's also another competitor who is above average without meeting the standards of the best of the best.
Like Nany, the fact that she hasn't won has come down to luck more than anything, and she's pretty tough and pretty sharp, not to mention an elimination beast, so she could likely beat more than half of the girls on the list in an elimination.
