Beck's mansion is the most prominent location in Lee Child's Jack Reacher novel Persuader, which Reacher season 3 is based on.

Reacher is proud to be someone who is free to travel wherever he pleases. However, in Reacher season 3, the former military officer is more constrained since he goes undercover to try to bring down the organization that Beck is part of. Since he now technically has a boss, Reacher has to abide by a schedule and mostly stay in Beck's mansion, which rests on a lovely property on the coast of Maine. However, in reality, all the scenes that take place at Beck's mansion in Reacher season 3 were shot in Canada.

Beck's Property Is Massive In Reacher Season 3

Most of Reacher season 3 was shot in and around Brantford, Ontario, Canada. However, the cast and crew of Reacher traveled about an hour and a half away from Brantford to film the scenes which are set at Beck's mansion. All the scenes set at Beck's mansion in Reacher season 3 were filmed at a property called Escarpment House, which is in Caledon, Ontario, about 40 minutes outside of Toronto.

Escarpment House is a beautiful property that is exclusively available to be rented to of a golf club. Escarpment House offers an ideal getaway for golfers, since there are two world-renowned golf courses on the property. Escarpment House is not at all near an ocean, but since Beck's house is meant to be on the coast of Maine, the shots of the sprawling sea and crashing waves behind the estate in Reacher season 3 had to be added in post-production.

Reacher Is Undercover At Beck's Mansion In Season 3

Even though Reacher season 1 was set in the fictional small town of Margrave, Georgia and season 2 was set in and around New York, every season of the Prime Video series has been filmed in Canada. Therefore, it is not surprising that a beautiful property in Ontario, Canada was found for Beck's mansion in Reacher season 3. Compared to season 2's big cities and even season 1's small town, Reacher season 3 being set mostly at Beck's mansion makes it feel much more secluded.

In season 3, Reacher has to be much more sneaky than he has been in past seasons.

This is actually a good thing, as it makes Reacher's undercover mission much more nerve-racking. In season 3, Reacher has to be much more sneaky than he has been in past seasons, which is a refreshing change for the show. Furthermore, since the property is so sprawling and beautiful, I have not yet gotten tired of looking at Beck's estate in Reacher season 3.
