New played by Harrison Ford, taking over for the late William Hurt.
In honor of Marvel's 85th anniversary, Marvel Studios released a new sizzle reel, which includes a full look at Harrison Ford becoming Red Hulk. The footage also includes first look footage from fellow 2025 MCU releases Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart, and Thunderbolts*.
The Red Hulk footage shows Ford's character standing at a podium in front of the White House. He stands up and roars, no doubt indicating he's only just transformed, though the reason behind it isn't clear from the footage.

How Big Is Red Hulk Compared To The MCU’s Hulk?
Red Hulk is officially coming to the MCU as per the Captain America: Brave New World trailer, but how much will he tower over the movie's protagonist?
How Red Hulk Is Different To The MCU's Main Hulk
There's More To It Than A Color Change
With Red Hulk finally getting his due in the MCU, it begs the question of how Marvel Studios is tackling him in comparison to Bruce Banner, a.k.a. Hulk. Visually, it looks like the Red Hulk is essentially resembling what Hulk used to look like, size-wise, in earlier MCU movies. However, the context of how Red Hulk is different from the Hulk character-wise is where Captain America: Brave New World may be tapping into a very complex story from the comics.
Since Ross has been an on-and-off antagonist in the MCU ever since his introduction in The Incredible Hulk, the character finally becoming his comic book counterpart as the Red Hulk is a major full-circle moment for the franchise. With The Leader being back as part of the Captain America: Brave New World cast, it's possible that they are finally going to have Tim Blake Nelson's character be part of Ross's evolution into Red Hulk, just like in the comics. Whether they are on the same side for the entire run of Captain America: Brave New World remains to be seen.

All 12 Known MCU Presidents (Including Red Hulk) & What Role They Had In The Franchise
So far, there have been 12 known Presidents of the United States in the world of the MCU, and each have had a huge impact on the franchise.
The bigger question, however, is whether President Ross will remain a rival to the MCU heroes as the Red Hulk after the events of Captain America: Brave New World. Many are theorizing that he will still have a role in the Thunderbolts* movie, as he is a core member of that team in the comics. The MCU audience will have to find that out by catching Captain America: Brave New World next year and see if there are any teases about Red Hulk's future in the franchise.
