Disney Dreamlight Valley has many quests for the player to complete, and one helps the player to gain more recipes used to cook meals. Cooking plays a large part in Dreamlight Valley, and many of the recipes in the game are obtained via Remy from Ratatouille. The quest 'Remy's Recipe Book' helps the player to level up their friendship with Remy as well as learn new recipes and gain access to a new ingredient.
Players must have reached Level 4 of their friendship with Remy prior to starting this quest. In Dreamlight Valley, players must level up their friendship with each of the characters that they welcome to the valley. This can be done by talking with the characters each day, giving them gifts (especially their favorites), and bringing them along with you while you work on the valley.
Once players have reached Level 4 of their friendship with Remy, they must go and speak with him to begin 'Remy's Recipe Book'. Remy will tell the player that he does not where most of his recipes are. From there, players need to go and speak to Mickey and use his memory to locate the three recipes that Remy is looking for.
Locations Of Remy's Three Quest Recipes In Dreamlight Valley
While Mickey's memory helps players with the general location of Remy's Recipes in Dreamlight Valley, they can still be a bit difficult to locate. All three locations will have the signature glowing and sparkling mount of dirt or sand. The first location is in the Peaceful Meadow and can be found to the left (when facing the Castle) of the stairs that lead down to Dazzle Beach, right up against the cliff. The second location is on Dazzle Beach. The player will need to head near Goofy's Stall (if they have not yet moved it) and the recipe will be in front of the dock. The third location is inside the cave which has multiple gates to unlock for the Dreamlight Valley 'With Great Power' quest. This recipe will be found in the lower levels in front of the cooking stove.
Once the player finds all three recipes and returns them to Remy, he will ask the player to return to his realm (via the Castle) to retrieve a new ingredient: peanuts. Once the player has obtained the peanuts and returned them to Remy, he will request that the player make a Peanut Butter Sandwich and Peanut Butter Waffles. Players will have to purchase peanuts for these recipes from Remy at the back of his kitchen. The Peanut Butter Sandwich requires one wheat and one peanut and the Peanut Butter Waffles require 1 wheat, 1 peanut, 1 egg, and 1 milk (both of which must also be purchased from Remy).
Once the player has spoken to Remy a final time, their quest will be marked as complete. Players will be able to use peanuts as an ingredient from now on. However, peanuts do have to always be purchased from Remy and cannot, as of right now, be found elsewhere in the valley.
