Resident Evil 7 is no walk in the park at any difficulty. The game is a challenge both literally and emotionally for players. After roughly ten hours of bone-crunching violence, heart-wrenching horror, and mind-bending puzzles, most players are ready to call it quits. Still, there are those brave players who just can't get enough of this world and its monstrous characters.

There are a great many things that can be done after the end of the game. Especially since the release of the complete edition, the game is packed full of additional content for players to take a look at. Extra playthroughs, trophies, and more are available for players who want to stick around after the credits roll. Here's what you can do after beating Resident Evil 7.

Bonus Campaigns in Resident Evil 7

Resident Evil 7 After The End Guide 3

Resident Evil 7's complete edition comes with all of the DLC content that was released over time following the initial game. Two of these DLC packs are called the Banned Footage Volumes. These are small episodes that display different unseen aspects of the story. The first thing players will want to experience is the Daughters prologue to the main game. This horrifying precursor recounts the situation that went out of hand at the start of the game. Players take control of Zoe as the outbreak that destroys her family begins.

The other Banned Footage tapes are amazing as well. The Bedroom experience is an extremely challenging escape room that involves hiding and surviving against the Baker family. Nightmare is a horde mode where players must survive until dawn against an onslaught of Molded. 21 is a Saw-like scenario where players must try to survive a brutal game of 21 or die trying.

The bonus campaigns, End of Zoe, and Not a Hero are also insanely fun to take on. End of Zoe is the story of Jack Baker's brother beating his way through the aftermath of Resident Evil 7 with his bare hands. Not A Hero is a side mission where players get to take control of fan favorite, Chris Redfield.

New Game Plus in Resident Evil 7

Resident Evil 7 After The End Guide 2

Players who just couldn't get enough of the main game can play through with all of their weapons already unlocked. This will make achievement and collectibles hunting a lot easier. There is also Madhouse mode, which makes the game extremely difficult, makes the player character even more vulnerable, and even changes the placement of a large number of enemies. Players who know the game forwards and backward are in for a surprise here.

There are also a number of new weapons and items that can be collected from replaying the campaign. Players will gain points from playing that they can use to unlock special weapons and coins that may make the game easier.
