Over the years, a few stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey have left the series, including Nicole Napolitano, who ended her time as a main cast member after season 6. Nicole ed the RHONJ season 6 like a firecracker. Alongside her sister Teresa, the twins seemed like they were the ideal fit for the show: they're Italian and aren't afraid to say what's on their minds. Nicole got along with a majority of her cast except for fellow new cast member, Amber. Amber and her husband Jim were thorns in the side of Nicole and her sister Teresa, especially Nicole, who threatened to sue Amber after she claimed their mother had an affair with Teresa's husband. Nicole, or her sister, were interesting characters, but not enough to return full-time.
Nicole was even friends with Teresa Guidice after season 6 despite their feud on RHONJ.
Nicole was dating a police officer named Bobby Ciasulli at the time of filming; however, the pair broke up shortly after. Their relationship seemed tumultuous, so this wasn't a surprise. Nevertheless, Nicole and her sister didn't capture the hearts of fans like other long-standing cast . Plus, any drama they did bring to the table no one really cared about. Thats why RHONJ season 6 is the least memorable. Nicole did make a short appearance during RHONJ season 7 but was never seen on the show again.

Nicole called Colts Neck Township, New Jersey, home, where she raised her two children. After leaving RHONJ, Nicole made a quick guest appearance on season 7 but didn't stick around very long. The twins left the show because Amber's husband, Jim Marchese, claimed that their mother, Santa, had an affair with Teresa's husband. However, that rumor was likely false, as Teresa and Rina Apera are still together in 2024.

Sadly, Nicole ended her relationship with Bobby in 2018. Since leaving the show, she has kept a relatively low profile and does not have an Instagram to keep viewers updated. However, the last photo Teresa took with Nicole was an Instagram video from September 2023. While it is doubtful Nicole will ever return to RHONJ, the chemistry of the current cast makes up for it.
