Blips and Chitz has been a fan-favorite location ever since it was introduced in Rick and Morty Season Two, and thanks to the franchise's 10th Anniversary Special comic book, fans finally understand how the eponymous duo keep ending back there: Rick has an infinite token to Blips and Chitz, meaning he can play as much Roy as he wants.
Rick and Morty 10th Anniversary Special #1 – written by Alex Firer, with art by Fred C. Stresing – is a victory lap for the series, references and Easter eggs into an over-sized issue. One particularly exciting two-page spread takes the reader inside Rick's garage, completely annotated to point out the interesting gadgets and jokes inside.
In between a strange box labeled "Beth's Stuff (Adult Years)" and expired Meeseeks boxes full of dead Meeseeks, there it is: an infinite token for Blips and Chitz.

Blips and Chitz works well as a recurring location because it provides so much fertile ground for storytelling, whether background video game references, or the characters can be thrown into a game for a new adventure.
The main attraction at Blips and Chitz is Roy. It's an immersive sim, obviously inspired by Ms. Pac-Man. Morty was underwhelmed by the survival horror game, Roy 3: Woman Talking About Video Games on the Internet. The 10th Anniversary Special announced the latest game, which looks like a Doom clone: Roy Rage.
Blips and Chitz is the only place Rick and Morty can play the arcade-only Roy series, so having an infinite token that lets a player keep trying to get all the endings is a must-have item. It's also a regular location in the comics: there was the above Mr. Meeseeks adventure, and Rick also took a bunch of Jerrys from Jerry-boree there once at Christmastime. Blips and Chitz works well as a recurring location because it provides so much fertile ground for storytelling, whether background video game references, or the characters can be thrown into a game for a new adventure.
An infinite token for Blips and Chitz is another story device that allows Rick and Morty, or anyone else they want to bring, to hang out at the arcade.

More Than Token Callbacks
The rest of the items in Rick's garage could kick off one hundred different episodes and side stories, something that both the show and comics have leaned on for inspiration. Rick is a genius and seemingly immortal, making him the Deus Ex Machina of his own narrative. Some items didn't even get an explanation, like the Lego-like creature hiding from Rick, and a vat of "an extremely good escape plan."
