Seeing as Rick Sanchez is already a bastardized and vulgar version of Doc from Rick and Morty isn't exactly a paragon.

Since the main Rick we have on the show-- the one supposedly from dimension C-137, is considered as the "Rickest" Rick of them all, every other Rick just pales in comparison. Still, certain outliers from other dimensions have proven strayed too far from the perfectly narcissistic and amoral Rick we have on the show. Here are 10 of those Ricks that don't deserve the name.

DOOFUS RICK

The idea that somewhere out there in the infinite possibilities of parallel universes there exists a complete polar opposite of the Rickest Rick has been explored in the Season 1, Episode 10. He's called Doofus Rick and as opposed to the cranky air of superiority, this one is genuinely clueless.

He's practically the Forrest Gump of all Ricks. Socially awkward, humble, and appears to lack the standard intelligence expected for a Rick. As a result, he became Jerry Smith's favorite Rick.

TINY RICK

Technically, this is still the original Rick (dimension C-137) except it's a teenage version of him since Rick had to transfer his consciousness to a younger clone in order to be able to attend high school. Even so, apart from the smaller frame and the lack of alcoholic drool and wrinkles, Tiny Rick breaks apart from the Rick mold in many ways.

For one, he's extremely popular and social-- two traits that are rarely exhibited by the fully aged version of Rick. It's also weird that this Rick tolerates school seeing as the ordinary Rick has a certain strong disdain for anything academic.

SIMPLE RICK

Apparently, Ricks aren't supposed to experience elation or happiness because if they did, the brain chemicals they secrete are just going to be turned into wafer flavoring. It's too bad that Ricks who experience this are usually the blue-collar ones who live simple ethical lives and are decent hard workers.

For that matter, Simple Rick is a far cry from the constantly depressed brilliant scientist who is never happy. Simple Rick then became a slave to his own happiness involuntarily when the craftier Ricks thought of a way to exploit him.

PLUMBER RICK

Much like Simple Rick, Plumber Rick lives a humble life and existence, far from the chaos of portal-hopping and trying to outsmart anything sentient. Besides, any Rick that's bound to accept a blue-collar job is certainly a fresh take on the character.

Plumber Rick even seems to fall for the mundane world of politics-- something C-137 Rick has generally avoided. In fact, Plumber Rick voted for a Morty who ran for president, that doesn't sound like Rick.

FARMER RICK

Here we go again, another Rick in an unlikely job or lifestyle that the C-137 Rick usually would hate. Farming requires patience and dedication, along with plenty of manual labor. Seeing how lazy C-137 Rick is, he'll probably just invent something to eliminate the need for food or plants altogether.

That's why Farmer Rick's existence is quite an anti-thesis even to the Citadel. In a world or place where someone could invent a super-plants, Farmer Rick is unnecessary. Still, he exists and somehow continues to grow crops not knowing he's way too obsolete.

SLOW RICK

If you thought Doofus Rick was bad enough, then you probably forgot about Slow Rick or as everyone in the Morty School calls him, Tall Morty. What's hilarious is that all his Morty classmates seem to regard him as a Morty as well.

The cruel joke is that the Rick teachers prefer to call him Tall Morty instead of his actual name, Slow Rick, indoctrinating him well enough. Hopefully, Slow Rick has "gradgitated" from the Morty School by Season 4.

COP RICK

It's rare to see a Rick with a conscience, and C-137 Rick definitely didn't have that human mentality. Hence, Cop Rick from Tales From the Citadel is another unique outlier since he's a different Rick with actual morals!

In fact, Cop Rick even served as the moral com of a callous and disillusioned veteran Cop Morty who dabbles in crime underworlds. Of course, let's not ignore the fact that picturing the regular law-defying Rick as a cop is unfathomable.

WASP RICK

Wasp Rick is perhaps the closest Rick here to the C-137 Rick. The inherently evil or harmful traits of wasps have led them to a kinder disposition when it comes to social interactions. That's why Wasp Rick is warm, family-oriented, and hospitable.

For C-137 Rick to exhibit those traits, there likely would have to be an upper hand to gain or something beneficial for him. Wasp Rick is also benevolent enough to help C-137 Rick rescue Morty from turning into a cartoon parody of Akira.

BOOTLEG PORTAL CHEMIST RICK

If you've ever wondered whether there was a drug-dealer or shady junkie version of Rick, then here he is, Bootleg Portal Chemist Rick. Apparently, he lives in the ghetto area of the Citadel where Rickless Morty's run amok and form criminal gangs.

Bootleg Portal Chemist Rick was there to... we have no idea what he's there for. His goal seems to be making a portal gun for the Morty gangs but seeing as he's a bootleg portal chemist, he never accomplishes anything for them.

MORTY RICK

There we have it, our oddest Rick yet is not exactly a Rick but a Morty. It's Morty but he's also Rick-- a combination of both... so it seems. There's probably that one dimension where both of them messed up or decided to become as one.

Anyway, it could also be a Morty who possessed the intelligence of a Rick (though likely not the other way around) but we already have Evil Morty for that. Whatever this freaky insult to the multiverse is, we hope the showrunners will answer in the future.
