Rick Sanchez (Dimension C-137)

Rick Sanchez is one member of Rick and Morty's titular duo, with him being the patriarch of the Sanchez-Smith family. Rick originates from Dimension C-137 in which he was the husband of Diane Smith and the father of Beth Smith. However, Diane and Beth were killed by Rick Prime, a variant of Rick from the Prime Dimension. Rick Prime is the father of the mainstream Beth and the grandfather of the mainstream Morty and Summer. Rick C-137 at some point moved to the Prime Universe, taking over Rick Prime's role in the Prime Universe's Sanchez-Smith family tree.

Beth Smith (Dimension C-131)

The main version of Beth Smith seen throughout Rick and Morty originated in Dimension C-131, with the C-137 variant being killed by Rick Prime and the Prime Universe variant being Cronenberged. This version of Beth is the wife of Jerry C-131, the mother of Summer C-131 and Morty C-131, and the daughter of Rick C-131. However, Rick and Morty are replaced by Rick C-137 and Prime Universe Morty respectively, while Jerry is replaced by Jerry 5126 after "Mortynight Run." Beth also has a genetic duplicate named Space Beth, although it isn't known which Beth is the clone.

Jerry Smith (Dimension 5126)

Jerry Smith 5126 is the version of Jerry that is most often seen throughout the show, with him being one of the show's main characters. Jerry is the father of Morty and Summer, the husband of Beth, and the son-in-law of Rick. Jerry C-137 was the original Jerry, although he was stuck in the Cronenberged Dimension and killed by Rick Prime, while Jerry C-131 was accidentally swapped with Jerry 5126 while at the Jerry daycare. Jerry 5126 has been living with the Dimension C-131 family since the mix-up, although the entire family has since relocated to the Parmesan Dimension.

Summer Smith (Dimension C-131)

Of the current Rick and Morty main cast, Summer and Beth are the only characters to be from Dimension C-131, with Summer having not been replaced since Rick and Morty jumped to C-131. Summer is the daughter of Beth and Jerry, the granddaughter of Rick, and the sister of Morty. Summer also has some familial relations to some strange Rick and Morty characters, with her also being the mother of Naruto Smith, the child she had with Morty.

Morty Smith is the other member of Rick and Morty's titular space-faring duo, with him being the only character that has consistently been from the first universe seen in the series. The mainstream Morty Smith is from the prime universe, with him being the grandson of Rick Prime, the son of Jerry and Beth Prime, and the sister of Summer Prime. However, Rick C-137 replaced Rick Prime, Beth and Summer C-131 replaced Beth and Summer Prime after Rick and Morty left the Cronenberged Dimension, and Jerry 5126 was accidentally swapped with Jerry C-131.

Diane Sanchez (Dimension C-137)

Diane Sanchez is the wife of Rick C-137 and the mother of Beth C-137, with her being one of the few characters in the series to make Rick truly happy. However, Diane and Beth were sadly killed by a bomb placed by Rick Prime, with her not appearing in the show's other universes. Since Diane hasn't been mentioned in the Prime Universe or Dimension C-131, it isn't known if she is the grandmother of Morty Prime and Summer C-131 or the mother of Beth C-131.

Leonard and Joyce Smith are both minor Rick and Morty characters, but they play a major role in the Smith-Sanchez family tree. Leonard and Joyce are the parents of Jerry and the grandparents of Morty and Summer, making them direct parallels to Rick Sanchez. Leonard and Joyce were both originally seen in the Prime Universe, but Joyce reappeared again in "Final DeSmithation," with her being the Joyce variant from the Parmesan Dimension.

Mortimer "Morty" Smith Jr. (Dimension C-131)

Mortimer "Morty" Smith Jr. is an interesting character, as he is actually Morty's first child. Morty Jr. is the son of Morty Prime and Gwendolyn C-131, the sex robot that Rick gets for Morty at a pawn shop. Morty Jr. is a Gazorpian alien, but he manages to resemble Morty in some key ways. Although Morty Jr. isn't seen much in Rick and Morty, he has popped up enough times to remind audiences that he is still out there somewhere.

Naruto Smith (Dimension C-131)

Naruto Smith, also known as Giant Incest Baby, is the child of Morty and Summer Smith, with the incestuous baby being the product of one of Rick's experiments gone wrong. Naruto Smith isn't present in Rick and Morty's other dimensions, with him possibly being an anomaly only seen in Dimension C-131. Alongside Morty Jr., Naruto is also the great-grandson of Rick Sanchez.

Rick's Foal is the son of Rick Sanchez and Princess Poñeta, the princess of the CHUDs. The duo's forbidden relationship led to the birth of the unnamed foal, although it did complicate the family tree. Rick's foal is Beth's half-brother, with their weird relationship not getting mentioned very often. The birth of Rick's foal is one of the strangest moments in Rick and Morty, with the child being in a dark corner of the Sanchez-Smith family tree that is better left ignored.
