a roap for what is going to be added to Schedule 1, and it's a pretty ambitious plan. The last patch was primarily bug fixes, but there are some new gameplay additions in this latest update.

As posted on the game's community page on Steam, version 0.3.5 is now available and adds a new jukebox feature, a new storage unit property, and a lot more. The jukebox can play any of the game's 19 songs from the original version of the soundtrack, and there are eight brand-new tracks, composed by KAESUL. A new storage unit property, called "Stash & Dash," will expand some gameplay elements and even allow players to hire an employee for that location. Finally, there are a few bug fixes and general tweaks with this update.

Everything New In Schedule 1 Version 0.3.5

More Songs, More Storage, Less Bugs

The two biggest parts of the update are the jukebox and the new storage unit property. The jukebox can be purchased from Bleuball's Boutique for $1,500. Properties in Schedule 1 allow players to produce and pack drugs to be sold, and some allow players to launder money to get around the ATM cash cap. "Stash & Dash" can be purchased for $5000 at Ray's Realty, and with it just being a storage unit, the lower price might be helpful for players still early in the game. It also has a loading bay, and players can hire an employee to manage the unit's contents.

There are also some bug fixes and general tweaks to the game's mechanics. All the additions and changes to the game in this new update are listed below, divided between additions, tweaks and improvements, and bug fixes:

  • Additions
    • Added Jukebox. Purchaseable from Bleuball's boutique for $1500.
    • Added storage unit property.
    • Added save export feature.
    • Added save import feature.
  • Tweaks/Improvements
    • Consolidated a number of individual safe files into larger combined files. This should improve save times and work a bit better with Steam Cloud Sync.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Fixed loading docks being unselectable at the barn and the docks warehouse.
    • Fixed online balance being $100 on a fresh save.

Tyler also stated that he's "hard at work" implementing other improvements to the game, including replacing employee beds with lockers, adding item slot filters, letting players employees between properties, changing trash can pickup area from circular to square, and fixing "any remaining employee logic/pathfinding bugs."

Schedule 1 Has Already Improved A Lot Since Launch

And There's a Lot More On The Way

Achieving the Wedding Crack strain after mixing multiple times in Schedule 1.

Tyler is the lone developer working on Schedule 1, and he has been quite transparent about what his goals are for the game and what is coming next. Schedule 1 has seen consistent improvements since its launch in Early Access, and it's now an even better game.

Another recent update to the game brought a lot of bug fixes, and Tyler has also stated he might be streaming some of his progress for updates on his Twitch channel. It's rare to have a developer this transparent with his game's community, and it's refreshing to see. The title became a massive hit with players for its dark concepts combined with more cozy game elements, so hopefully, Schedule 1 continues to get even better.
