School Of Rock has become a true classic in the movie industry and has proven to be incredibly popular with audiences. It's a heartwarming story that is absolutely hilarious, while the music throughout is very catchy and easy to listen to.
But it is the wild personalities of the different school children that really help to make this film so great. With its school setting, the audience is bound to see a zodiac to decide.
Aries: Dewey Finn
Dewey Finn is the lead character from School Of Rock, played perfectly by Jack Black. Dewey Finn may have a lot of flaws, mainly the fact that he isn't actually a teacher and he lies to get the job, using the kids to keep his music career alive, but that doesn't stop him from having some positives characteristics, as well.
Dewey is very loveable and works incredibly hard to try and follow his dreams. He's a ionate and confident leader, even if he sometimes resorts to lying, and these traits are what make him the perfect Aries.
Taurus: Summer Hathaway
Summer Hathaway is the one student who proves to be a real match for Dewey Finn. She doesn't just sit back and accept what is happening and she has a real ion to learn and be in a position of power. She refuses to take no for an answer and is incredibly stubborn.
It is this stubbornness that makes her a Taurus, as they are notorious for refusing to give up if they believe they're right. However, many of her ideas do prove to be beneficial, and she is very intelligent for such a young person.
Gemini: Fred
The main personality trait of a Gemini is how outgoing they are. People born under this zodiac sign tend to be very confident people who are happy to chat away with anybody, no matter the situation. Out of all the children in the class, Fred is easily the most confident.
While he can sometimes walk the fine line of being arrogant, he certainly isn't shy, which is shown by his actions in the movie. Whether he's talking in class or hanging out with the other bands backstage, Fred is certainly far more mature than his peers when it comes to his confidence level.
Cancer: Katie
Those under the Cancer sign tend to be very loyal and trustworthy people, and this certainly sums up Katie. She plays the bass in the band, and while she isn't the loudest or most talkative member of the class, she certainly stays loyal to her friends throughout.
She sticks up for people when it's needed and she proves herself to be a caring individual. Katie might not always get to be in the limelight, but she is certainly a fun character.
Leo: Tomika
Tomika's storyline in School Of Rock is one of the very best. She's an amazing singer who has the best voice in the class, but she struggles with confidence due to her weight, and it leads her to almost not being part of the band at all.
However, it is through her conversations with Dewey that she learns to embrace her beauty and body and she rocks with the rest of her friends. She'd be a Leo purely based on this, as she showed bravery and courage.
Virgo: Zack Mooneyham
Out of all the students in the movie, it is Zack Mooneyham who gets the most attention. He is the lead guitarist and someone who is ionate about music, even though his father is very against it. He pushes hard and creates his own music, coming into his own through the band.
His hardworking personality is what makes him a true Virgo, as people of this zodiac sign are known for never giving up. Zack works on his ability and his confidence issues and is truly persistent when it comes to trying to be a success.
Libra: Ned Schneebly
Ned Schneebly is Dewey Finn's close friend who he sponges off happily, despite Ned having given up on his rock and roll past. He is a supply teacher and ends up having his identity stolen by Dewey, but because he doesn't ever want to upset anyone, this doesn't create any big problems for him.
It is Ned's inability to argue with people and his desire to try to please everyone and keep the peace that makes him a Libra. People of this sign are often the peacekeepers and try not to argue with anyone, which sums up Ned perfectly.
Scorpio: Rosalie Mullins
Rosalie Mullins is the principal of the school that Dewey Finn ends up ing, and she is a stern authority figure that commands respect and puts fear into the students. However, while she seems very scary on the outside, she is actually a very emotional and kind person.
After a beer or two, she begins to let her hair down and shows Dewey who she really is. Having two very different personalities makes her a Scorpio. People in this zodiac sign often have very distinct and opposing personalities, which makes for an interesting character.
Sagittarius: Patty Di Marco
Patty might only be a ing character in the movie, but she does play quite a large role in Dewey Finn being caught, as she's the one who alerts the authorities. She's someone who sees herself as morally perfect and doesn't like it when others don't go by the rules.
This is why she hates Dewey so much, and it's also why she would be a Sagittarius. People of this zodiac sign tend to be very honest and independent, which is something that Patty certainly is.
Capricorn: Lawrence
Two of the main traits of a Capricorn are how emotional and sensitive they are. This certainly describes Lawrence is, as he really struggles with his confidence issues due to how he believes others feel about him.
Lawrence doesn't think he's cool and he is quiet in class. However, he ends up overcoming this and he proves to be one of the coolest people in the class. He also happens to be a great keyboard player.
