Over the course of the first four Scream films, the seven Ghostface killers have murdered a total of 33 people on screen, proving that they are quite capable among famous slashers. But all of those involve killing innocents, many of whom weren't aware that they were about to be in a fight for their lives.
How would those same killers fare when pitted against each other and others in a fight to the death? The Hunger Games provides a situation where everyone must kill to survive, and only one can come out on top. Imagining the various people who put on the mask and cloak of Ghostface in the Hunger Games lets fans consider the strengths and weaknesses of each, and consider how successful they would be in another world.
Charlie Walker
Of all the Ghostface killers, Charlie Walker is the weakest. While he racked up quite a few kills, including some of the most shocking kills in the franchise, he seemed to have very little agency of his own, mostly just following Jill's plans. His naivete in thinking that Jill only wanted the best for him ultimately got him killed, and would not serve him well in the Hunger Games.
In the world of The Hunger Games, it's hard to imagine a serious competitor would keep him around if they had another option. Without the protection of a real predator, Charlie would probably get taken down quickly. Whether it was at the cornucopia or just afterward, Charlie would die early without a pack of allies.
Stu Macher
Stu was a practiced killer in his own right, but he didn't have much ambition on his own, always following after Billy, looking for approval. He was responsible for some of the most memorable moments in the franchise, which would likely earn him a place in the Career pack, but he would be its weakest link, and when the pack inevitably turned on itself, he would likely be the first to die.
With that said, Stu would probably have a few kills under his belt by the time he died. Stu is a real threat, but without the motivation and killer instinct, he wouldn't survive long.
Mickey Altieri
Scream 2 makes it clear that Mickey is a proper psychopath, enjoying killing for killing's sake. That would make him a strong competitor, but he was generally just following Mrs. Lumis's plans. He would last longer in the Career pack than Stu simply because he is a killing machine, netting the second-highest number of those in the franchise and proving himself to be one of the most brutal Ghostface killers, but his propensity for following others' directions means he could easily be led into a trap.
There's also the fact that Mickey never intended on getting away with his crimes. In the film, Mickey wanted to be caught so he could gain the celebrity of his motive: doing it because of the movies. While this motive would translate to a desire for fame in Panem, Mickey doesn't have the big picture thinking to last against other cut-throat competitors.
Mrs. Loomis
Mrs. Loomis was one of the most cunning Ghostface killers in the franchise, controlling Mickey, playing the part of Debbie Salt, and generally running her scheme out to the end. Despite only having one kill (RIP Randy), she was able to get the job done when she had to get her hands dirty and was smart enough to generally not have to.
With that being said, Mrs. Loomis's downfall was her impulsiveness. She was too quick to anger in her killing of Randy, which put her in a position to potentially be caught. She was so caught up in her revenge scheme that she revealed herself so that she could kill Sidney herself. Had she just kept to her own plan, she could have gotten away with her killing spree, whether or not Sidney was defeated at the end of it. This impulsiveness would be her downfall in the Hunger Games.
Roman Bridger
Roman is one of the most successful Ghostface killers, regardless of fans' general distaste for Scream 3. Roman was able to manipulate Billy and Stu into killing Maureen Prescott before the first film, was clever enough to use a bulletproof vest and voice manipulator, and racked up the most kills in the franchise (unless a later film retcons his role as the sole killer in Scream 3).
With all of that being said, Roman was a slave to his own past, needing Sidney to know the truth about their mother. His dedication to making Sidney his other half eventually led to his downfall. If he hadn't needed to make her solve the mystery before killing her, maybe he would have been more successful in his own movie. In the Hunger Games, if he was competing against Sidney, he would probably be single-minded in hunting her down, leaving him without allies and all-too-easy to kill off when he slips up.
Billy Loomis
Sometimes, the originals are just some of the best. Billy was a strong killer and manipulator, successfully playing both roles in a way that would likely make him the head of the Career pack. He also clearly has no problems playing dead and turning on his own allies, which would make him a dangerous figure in the Hunger Games.
His downfall, if there is one, would be how easily absorbed he gets into other problems. In the film, his arguing and scheming with Stu let Gale get the gun and let Sidney escape. In the Hunger Games, his struggles to manage his allies might lead him to distraction yet again, letting a clever foe defeat him.
Jill Roberts
Jill Roberts is the most likely Ghostface killer to survive the Hunger Games. Had Sidney died of her injuries rather than ending up in the hospital, Jill would have successfully completed her mission in Scream 4. Her defeat was a matter of luck, not skill. Jill was a successful actress, manipulator, and killer: a triple threat that would be hard to beat in the Hunger Games.
If she were chosen to represent her district, Jill would probably not be a part of the career pack. Instead, she would have one or two good allies who helped her pick off the enemies—and whom she would have no problem picking off herself. Jill's ruthlessness could easily lead her to become the victor in the Hunger Games.
