There's rumors currently circulating that Kevin Feige may be eyeing a second outing for the Secret Warriors on Daisy Johnson.

If the rumors are accurate and the team will be appearing on the Disney streaming service, then there' plenty of pre-existing characters to use in the MCU and plenty that should be avoided. Here's 5 characters that would and 5 that wouldn't fit into the Secret Warriors.

Wouldn't Fit: Rocket Raccoon

Rocket Raccoon

The space trash panda has he has been affectionately referred to, would feel like a strange choice for the team. Secretive really isn't his speciality and he'd especially stand out in this human group.

While he would bring the firepower that the crew needs, he'd also be extremely difficult to work with. What's more, it's not necessarily a cosmically themed group, so he wouldn't fit in that regard either.

Would Fit: Quake

Quake

Daisy Johnson has previously lead the team and it would be only fitting to have Quake be a part of the new version of the group. She's on the roster in the comics and would be a great fit for Disney+.

She's a brilliant team player with an interesting visual power set and fans would love to continue on with her, through her MCU journey after following her for some time.

Wouldn't Fit: Hellfire

Hellfire

In the comics Hellfire is a member of the team. The fire wielding Aussie could add an interesting dynamic to the group but unfortunately he has become quite the villain in the MCU.

There could be a bit of a twist that sees the character return, but since he is firmly in prison, it would seem that it was not meant to be. It would be quite a jarring fit for the Secret Warriors.

Would Fit: Yo-Yo

Yo-Yo Rodriguez

Yo-Yo, sometimes known as Slingshot in the comics, is another character that has appeared in the Secret Warriors, both in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the source material.

She's a powerful and valuable member of the team, able to move at super speed. She's had an interesting journey thus far and is a great character to put up against Quake in of team conflict.

Wouldn't Fit: Captain Marvel

Brie Larson Carol Danvers Avengers Endgame

Captain Marvel would be the natural leader of the team, but she's too high profile for the group. She's also completely overpowered compared to the rest of the team.

It wouldn't make much sense for her to even need the Secret Warriors and they tend to deal with Earth based threats, whereas she patrols the stars looking for trouble.

Would Fit: Nick Fury

Fury and Hill

Nick Fury is the team leader normally in the comics. Him and Maria Hill have taken it in turns to control the Secret Warriors and either would be a good fit in the MCU.

Perhaps it is time that Hill stepped out of his shadow and took over the team by herself, however for the first series Nick Fury would be a natural in a mentor role and bring the best out of these heroes.

Wouldn't Fit: War Machine

War Machine

War Machine would probably have a lot of issues with being a secretive agent. Whether it's with or without the government, he has certain principles that this group would likely go against.

What's more, the bulky armor doesn't really work as a stealthy piece of equipment and his days in the field may be behind him anyway, partially due to his injuries.

Would Fit: Bucky

Winter Soldier

Bucky Barnes is having a bit of an identity crises at the moment, so perhaps what he really needs is a team. He's been Bucky, Winter Soldier, White Wolf and perhaps even Captain America now.

It's time he put all that behind him, focused on his stealth skills and did the things that he's best at. He might even work as the Winter Soldier one last time, changing the name to be associated with something decent.

Wouldn't Fit: Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones is a street level hero and doesn't do well with others. In fact she isn't really one to play by the rules either. Although he detective skills could come in handy and her powers are definitely useful.

Her attitude would really let her down and stop her from being an effective member of the team. She's better off doing what good she can alone.

Would Fit: Black Widow

Black Widow

Black Widow is the ultimate stealth agent. With Natasha's time in the MCU over though, it might be a good way to bring in the new Black Widow.

Yelena Belova is set to take on the mantle and the character needs a future in the MCU. The Secret Warriors could be the team in which she shines in; she'd certainly be a great contrast to Nick Fury who will try to control the violent assassin.
