Action RPGs have been a longtime favorite of many gamers. remaster by THQ Nordic. Compared to games like Skyrim and Dragon Age: Origins, it is easy to see how Kingdoms of Amalur went unnoticed during the era of it's release, as it was also released towards the end of that console generation in 2012. The lack of attention could have been largely due to the flop of the playable demo released in January of 2012 that had bugs and glitches that made hope for the game dismal.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning allows new players to explore a new world and take initiative in deciding their own Fate as the Fateless One. Players essentially begin as a blank canvas, as in most RPGs, but Kingdoms of Amalur is built around the individual changing the world around them and building themselves however they choose. This is further explored by the many skills and options within the Might, Finesse, and Sorcery Destinies within the game. Unlike games where you must choose a single class, Kingdoms of Amalur allows you to mix two or even all three classes becoming the strongest rogue mage of all. Kingdoms of Amalur built upon classic RPGs like Dragon Age: Origins in many ways. One of these many ways is how the game addresses NPC interaction with stolen items. This guide will assist players in selling stolen items in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning.
How to Sell Stolen Items in Kingdoms of Amalur
The easiest way to sell stolen items in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is to level up the Mercantile Skill to maximum. Players will be able to sell stolen items to any merchant in the game once Mercantile is upgraded to max. However, this can be rather difficult early in the game unless players are willing to level grind for the skill points.
Players without the Mercantile Skill at max will need to visit one of three camps to sell stolen items. The first camp players are likely to encounter is the Star Camp located between Lorca-Rane and The Sidhe, but the camp itself will take players' time to reach unless they head there directly. The Moon Camp in the northern part of the map is located between Rathir and Tywili Coast. The Sun Camp located in the southern part of the map is in Detyre in Apotyre. While regular NPC merchants won't buy stolen items, merchants called Fences located within the camps will buy the player's stolen items.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox, and PC.
