Netflix's Jason and Brett Oppenheim's Newport Beach real estate office, Selling The OC season 1 premiered in late August 2022. It is a spinoff of Selling Sunset in LA, which currently has seven seasons. Selling the OC originally followed 11 agents in the OC office, and in season three only eight agents were introduced in the premiere episode, although several others had screen time.

Giovanne "Gio" Helou was born on March 20, 1988, which makes him 36 years old. Astrology-wise, Gio sits right on the cusp of Pisces and Aries.
