Netflix has finally revealed the cast list for Jason and Brett Oppenheim are returning to Netflix with a new batch of agents ready to show off their realtor skills.

Although Selling The OC doesn't have an official release date yet, a two-minute trailer released by Netflix shows the incoming spin-off filled to the brim with beautiful Southern California mansions and conflict between the realtors. While some agents are only briefly shown, it's clear that Kayla will have a large presence on the show. According to the trailer, Kayla receives the coveted first listing on Selling The OC, and while this boosts Kayla's career, it doesn't bode over well with her castmates. Between Alexandra Rose warning Kayla about backstabbers and Kayla confronting another co-star for calling her a "f****** b****," here's what those interested in the spin-off should know about Kayla.

As one of the newest agents to The Oppenheim Group, 33-year-old Kayla's Instagram confirms that she has been working for the brokerage since June 2021, although Kayla's LinkedIn claims that she has been a part of The Oppenheim Group since 2019. Before meeting Jason, Kayla worked with The Reed Team in Orange County, where she learned clientele necessities like communication, marketing, and trust. According to her official Oppenheim bio, Kayla soon became a top 1% agent after obtaining her real estate license, with high reviews on Zillow earning her the Executive Club Award. In Kayla's spare time, her Oppenheim Group bio lists her interests like hiking, boxing, spending time with her family, reading, and working out on the beach.

Those interested in Kayla can follow her on Instagram at million-dollar Oppenheim Group listings with her followers, the Orange County native is posting pictures of her workout regime and nights out, with Kayla recently attending a celebration for former Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn in March. Kayla also has a 15-year-old son whom she frequently posts her love for; not much is known about the teenager out of respect for his privacy, although his birthday is just before Kayla's on December 24.

In addition to Kayla, Alexandra Rose, and the Oppenheim brothers, Selling Sunset fans can expect to meet nine other Oppenheim Group agents when Selling The OC premieres: Austin Victoria, Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, and actress Brittany Snow's husband Tyler Stanaland. Netflix hasn't revealed when the Newport Beach agents will make their debut appearances, but there is a good chance that the show will premiere later this year. In the meantime, there are five Selling Sunset seasons that excited viewers can rewatch, especially since seasons 6 and 7 have already been greenlit.
