ARIES: Jackson Marchetti

Played by Kedar Williams-Stirling

Jackson in the pool

Aries are known to love being number one, which makes them confident leaders. Jackson is first introduced as Moordale High's new Head Boy, and he seems to love the spotlight, making him the clear Aries representative when matching Sex Education characters to zodiac signs. Jackson has a cheerful disposition but is relentlessly determined when it comes to his swimming, even at the expense of his mental health which leads to the end of his athletic career.

Jackson can be easily frustrated, much like most Aries, when faced with details or nuances, as seen in the breakdown of his friendship with Cal. His season 4 attempts to locate his biological father shows his relentless side, as Jackson charges forward without thinking about the consequences of getting his answers. His frustration when the results were not what he was hoping for showed his Aries side too, although this same determination is what will ultimately help those who align with Jackson when it comes to Sex Education zodiac signs find success — although having a Cal around to help keep them grounded is a definite plus.

Sex Education Season 4 Cast & Character Guide

Sex Education season 4 is the last of the hit coming-of-age series, and luckily, the cast has a healthy mix of familiar favorites and fun newbies.

TAURUS: Isaac

Played by George Robinson

Isaac smiling and looking confused in Sex Education

Isaac takes on the Taurus personality thanks to his calm and unexcitable approach to the world. While he can be a big cold to people, he never gets too worked up about things and even approaches the school's lack of accessibility with a rational and methodical determination. No challenge will beat him, not even trying to convince Maeve Wiley that he's her type.

Among the Sex Education characters, Isaac stands out due to his endless reserve of tenacity, as many Tauruses do. However, his snark and at times deliberately induced helplessness (knocking books onto the floor, asking people to make omelets for him) shows he values his own comfort, luxury, and making himself laugh — sometimes to his detriment. However, like those born under the sign of Taurus, this doesn't outweigh the endearing nature of the level-headed Isaac to those he lets in.

GEMINI: Eric Effiong

Played Ncuti Gatwa

Geminis are often the life of the party, which is certainly one way to describe the Ncuti Gatwa's Eric. He's outgoing, adaptable, and intelligent behind his many jokes, all qualities that make him the clear Gemini among the Sex Education zodiac signs. Seeing him embrace his sexuality over the course of the series shows the suppressed extrovert with Eric flourish, and he immediately fits in with the new crew as Cavendish shows how outgoing he is.

However, Geminis are often indecisive, and can at times be impulsive. They can also sometimes find themselves in tricky situations by trying to be different things to the various people they care about, trying to please everyone at once (to the point they can tire themselves out). Whether he is torn between Adam and Rahim or his religion and sexuality, Eric often faces tough choices throughout the show that many Geminis can relate to.

CANCER: Jakob Nyman

Played by Mikael Persbrandt

Jakob looking serious in Sex Education

Like most with the Cancer star sign, Jakob is devoted to everything he does, from his job to his relationships. Jakob commits to those he cares about for life, forming intense emotional attachments — which at first makes him an odd choice for Jean. While Jakob can be sensitive, sometimes his immense emotions can get the best of him, especially when there's bad news. This can be seen in Sex Education season 4 as it is revealed that Jakob left Jean when he discovered the baby was not his.

However, even though he can get upset with the relationships, Jakob shows himself as the Cancer among the Sex Education zodiac signs because of how protective and caring he is towards Jean, Ola, and even Otis. However, he can at times come across as overbearing when expressing how much he cares, partly due to his intuitive and seemingly psychic senses.

LEO: Rahim

Played by Sami Outalbali

Close up of Rahim

Though cool, calm and collected at first, Rahim soon reveals his fiery personality. Once viewers spent some time with Sami Outalbali's Sex Education character it was clear he was a Leo deep down. He's warm and ionate when he gets close to people, like Eric. Everyone wants to be friends (or more) with Rahim because he seems so consistent, charismatic, and inclusive.

Rahim aligns with the Leo star sign because, like most Leos, he has a naturally magnetic personality that draws those around him in. However, Leos also can struggle to accept criticism, and can be naive — both qualities that Rahim showed when Eric chooses Adam. Still, Rahim has a big heart, and is confident, authoritative, and a natural leader.

VIRGO: Otis Milburn

Played by Asa Butterfield

Otis is a highly logical, practical, and systematic character, and among the Sex Education zodiac signs perfectly embodies Virgo. He's a perfectionist who is extremely aware of details, sometimes to a fault. But that's because, like many Virgos, he is guided by input and processing. Otis takes an attentive and logical approach to helping people, listening to their problems, and giving thoughtful advice back to them.

Outside his methodical and consistent approach to learning more about therapy and in school, Otis is incredibly kind, gentle, helpful, and ive. From his romance with Maeve to his friendship with Eric, people are drawn to Otis because of his comion. This is why, like many Virgos, he's a great conversationalist.

LIBRA: Aimee Gibbs

Played by Aimee Lou Wood

Aimee Gibbs

Aimee has a quirky sense of style and is never seen without her fair share of accessories. Her creativity also shows in her baking, and this appreciation of art and beautiful objects is a typical Libra trait. She embraces this even more in season 4 when discovering her love and talent for photography.

However, Aimee can also sometimes lose herself in worrying about appearances, such as when she decides to hang out with Maeve in private so as not to lose her popular friends. This changes as she grows, and this ability to turn indecisiveness into moments of change and growth is another reason Aimee fits Libra among the Sex Education zodiac signs. Libras also seek justice and harmony in the world which is reflected in Aimee's journey to addressing the sexual assault she experienced.

SCORPIO: Adam Groff

Played by Connor Swindells

Adam in school in Sex Education

Adam becomes a brave, loyal, and honest character over the course of the series and has one of the most intriguing character arcs in Sex Education. He tries to express his emotions and desire for intimacy with Eric, stands up to his father for the trauma he caused him, and comes to with his bisexuality. Adam's is a story that's filled with conflict and intense moments thanks to his defensive nature — a clear sign that Adam's personality matches him with the star sign Scorpio.

Scorpios often have powerful, demanding personalities and presences, as Adam does (showing off his genitalia in the school cafeteria, interrupting the school musical, etc). He's very intense and serious, and once he makes up his mind, will go for something without holding back. Like most Scorpios too, Adam's tough outer shell is only there because, inside, he's vulnerable, and some of his best moments in the show were when he let his guard down and took the sting from his words.

The Barbie movie features a large cast of familiar faces, including a few actors from the British teen sex comedy series Sex Education.

SAGITTARIUS: Ola Nyman

Played by Patricia Allison

Ola in a Tux

Ola is responsible but loves an adventure. Her rebelliousness shows in her choice of clothing and hairstyle, as well as her general behavior, and her imioned rejection of norms and authority make the Sagittarius among the Sex Education zodiac signs. Ola is restless when there's something that doesn't sit right with her, and above all things, she values freedom, independence, and honesty — all reasons why she and Otis don't work out.

The always-honest Ola speaks her mind when something is wrong, even when it is not easy for her, as seen during her relationship problems with Lily. Nobody can boss Ola around, especially not her father. Nobody can dampen her optimism, either. All of this makes her the perfect Sagittarius, the adventurers and freedom seekers of the traditional zodiac.

CAPRICORN: Michael Groff

Played by Alistair Petrie

Mr. Groff in Sex Education

Like his son Adam, Michael's arc in the series is one of redemption. Some may call him dry, uptight, touchy, relentless, and pessimistic. But he probably thinks of himself as persistent, realistic, practical, and disciplined. Though he pours himself into his work, as many Capricorns do, he also reveals a sensitivity when things start falling apart for him in season 2 when his marriage and career break down simultaneously.

The final season sees the ion reignited in him as he attempts to mend his relationship with Adam while showing the love for his wife that he failed to in their marriage. He even embraces his true interest in cooking after being too embarrassed to really pursue it. This ability to charge forward in life despite obstacles is what places Michael as the Capricorn of the Sex Education zodiac signs. Michael's story in Sex Education demonstrated one of the best Capricorn traits, too - when they know they've caused a problem, they'll stop at nothing to fix it.
