Netflix's TV adaptation of the Grishaverse in Shadow and Bone last year, revealing the series would follow the events of both the same-named trilogy and Six of Crows. Now the show is one step closer to release.
The official Shadow and Bone Twitter shared a video to announce filming has wrapped. There's also a video of the main Shadow and Bone cast also includes Ben Barnes, who is featured in the video. Though he doesn't name his character, he's playing General Kirigan (the Darkling). Watch the video below.
Fans of Bardugo's Grishaverse are surely excited to know that Shadow and Bone has wrapped filming since that means the production is one step closer to being released. There's still plenty of work to be done in post-production of course, so it may still be some months before first look photos or footage is released. Perhaps Netflix will have something ready by the time BookCon rolls around in late May, or the streamer may do a big push for Shadow and Bone at San Diego Comic-Con this summer just like The Witcher had last year. Hopefully we'll know more soon.
