In the the dense fog of Silent Hill to find answers. One of the first places players can find is Neely's Bar, a small, rundown pub with a save point and broken jukebox covered by a sheet.
This guide is for the Standard difficulty settings. Other difficulty settings may result in other solutions.
After players uncover the jukebox, they discover half of a broken vinyl record and a missing button, rendering the jukebox inoperable. In order to repair it, you'll need to fix the vinyl record, find the missing button, and find a coin to feed to the machine. Here is how to repair and play the jukebox.
Neely's Bar
Finding The First Record Half & Neely's Note
Once you remove the sheet from the jukebox, James will take a closer look and find a broken vinyl record. Pick up the record to put it into your inventory for later, and the arm of the jukebox will fall back into place.

Silent Hill 2 Remake: How To Solve The Seesaw Puzzle In Room 210 (Bluecreek Apartments)
The Seesaw puzzle in Silent Hill 2 Remake's Bluecreek Apartments requires several figurines and some creativity to progress forward.
If you activate the jukebox again, you can move the mechanisms to extend the broken arm. However, you'll need to repair the record before you can put it back in the machine. Once you have the broken record, head to the bar and pick up Neely's Bar Note, which will give you some insight into the whereabouts of the button and the other record half:
I don't know what got into him. He just started smashing the thing. Had to throw him out. He ran off, cried he'd "fix everything."
I gathered up what I could, still haven't found one of the buttons. Half the record is still lodged inside, but the other part's missing. Figure he must've taken it. Come to think of it, he did run towards Groovy.
Anyway, maybe go check up on him? See if he's alright.
He lives over at Saul, by the pharmacy.
Apartment 9
According to the note, the likely locations are Groovy Music and Saul Street Apartments. It's recommended to start at the apartments, as they are just around the corner from Neely's Bar.
Saul Street Apartments
Breaking & Entering
Head south from Neely's Bar and turn west onto Saul Street. by the Pharmacy, and you'll come across a building with multiple fire escapes. Head into the building through the red door and look right, where you'll see a doorway blocked by a cabinet. Push the cabinet out of the way to enter the room.
There can be many monsters on the streets and insects in buildings. Be ready with a weapon, as you may get attacked while exploring.
Once in the room, head through the next doorway into the apartment office. You can find a letter on the desk mentioning that Apartment 5 has left their key for maintenance. On the wall behind you, you can find the key. You can now unlock and leave through the main office door, if you wish.
Finding The Button
Head out of the office and turn left, then right down the hallway towards the stairs. Take the stairs up, killing any insects in your way, and stop at the first landing. You'll find Apartment 5 all the way down the hallway to the left.
Once you enter the apartment, head to the crack in the right-hand wall and slip through. There will then be another crack in the wall ahead on the right that you'll need to slip through as well. Jump out the broken window onto the fire escape, climb the stairs, and re-enter the open window into Apartment 9.
Head to the right through the kitchen into the bathroom, where you'll encounter a hole in the wall. Though it might seem to go against common sense, reach into the hole, where you'll manage to find the number two Jukebox Button.
You can now either head back down the stairs, or onto the roof. From the roof, you can climb down a ladder which will allow you to unlock a new door at the ground level. You can use GosuNoob's video to follow exactly how to leave this way. From here, it's time to head north to Groovy Music.
Groovy Music
Find & Repair The Vinyl Record
Once you're back on Neely Street, head North until you find Groovy Music on the left side of the road. Head inside and clear out any enemies, and you'll find a letter on the counter.
The janitor came in the other day, drunk and in tears. Had half a record with him, kept yelling we gotta fix it somehow.
I was willing to do it just to shut him up, so I got up to get the glue from the cabinet, but then he realized he only had the one half, so he ran out.
Can't do much about the records, maybe ask around at Neely's next time you're there - might be one of theirs.
Head to the back of the store where you'll see several glass windows facing a sitting room with chairs, a couch, and a coffee table. Break the glass to enter the room, and you'll be able to pick up the Vinyl Glue and Broken Vinyl Record from the coffee table.
Once you have both halves of the broken record and the glue in your inventory, you can now combine them. Open the inventory menu to Key Items and press the Combine button over the Broken Vinyl Record. Select both record pieces and the glue, and you'll be given the whole Broken Vinyl Record.
Texan Cafe
Finding A Cool Coin
The last piece you need is a coin to play the jukebox. For this, you'll need to head south to the Katz Street intersection and turn east past the American Cafe. At the end of this street, just before the barrier, is the Texan Cafe on the south side.
Head to the counter where you can activate the cash . Select and turn the key, then press the button in the lower right-hand corner to open the drawer. You can now pick up the Neely's Bar Coin.
Fixing The Jukebox
Putting The Pieces Together
Once you return to Neely's Bar, activate the jukebox and select the Broken Vinyl Record. Doing so will cause the arm to slide back into place and prep the record to play. Then, select the missing button slot to replace the number two button. Lastly, select the coin slot and choose Neely's Bar Coin, and the machine will light up with life.
Now, you'll need to select the correct track. The record was staged on the blue number two arm, so select the blue C button and the repaired number two button. James will have a flashback about his wife, thinking of a time when they were at a park together. He'll reminisce for a moment before coming back to reality as the jukebox unfortunately breaks for good, shattering the record.
One Final Surprise
However, the jukebox grants a parting gift: Neely's Bar Key. Take the key to the door at the back of the bar, and you'll be able to unlock it. Head right and push the cart to the end of the hallway. Climb on top of the cart, and you'll now be able to climb through an open window, unlocking more of the Silent Hill 2 Remake map for you to explore.
