The latest kit for Sims 4 kit was leaked a few weeks ago, the collaboration with Vittar was not included in the leak. Since its release in 2014, The Sims 4 has released more paid DLC content for the game than any other in the history of the series.

EA has given players several options when it comes to the amount of new content they wish to purchase. There are four different options: expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and kits, the most recent content addition to The Sims 4 family. Kits are the smallest form of content, costing only five dollars and containing approximately 20-30 items each. Each focuses on a specific theme, with past Sims 4 kits highlighting things like cleaning and the fashion of Mumbai.

A press release from new Sims Delivery Express system.

This latest kit continues the recent pattern of cultural items and clothing being added to the game by EA, seemingly signaling a renewed focus on representation within The Sims 4. While there have not been any large multi-cultural additions to the game, recent kits and Sims Delivery Express content have had more of a focus on diversity than has been seen from the company in a long time. While The Sims series still has a long way to go in of representation, small additions like this are better than none at all.

This latest kit announcement aligns with the Sims 4 roap released earlier this year, which outlined three months of celebration-centric content planned for release. While many players may be more excited for the celebration game pack since it will contain more content, this kit is a great way for players to add some bold new outfits to their game. The more cultural items The Sims 4 team adds to the game, the more people will be able to see themselves in their Sims and create more meaningful narratives.
