Finally, Redditor Juxtra_ has some insight into what may be causing the issue, nestled, naturally, between even more horse puns. "Clearly," they say, "something's gone hay-wire. If I were you, I'd hoof it to my mods folder."

A few other players chimed in to say they'd had the same issue, and it was caused by a mod that overrides bikes for horses. Urrrmelodyy responded to this comment saying that this may be the culprit and stated their plan to uninstall the mod, which should have been the end of the horse saga.

The Redditor has volunteered to start the bike jokes with "I'm getting wheely sick of this." Others obliged with their own puns, like this one from Reddit StarsXChaser: "I wonder how long will it take for all of them to fall down for being two-tired."

Redditor urrrmelodyy has finally found a solution for the issue that's every bit as ridiculous as the initial problem: They've realized that they can get rid of the bikes if they ride them into their lot, one by one. It seems that the Sims 4 horse and bike dilemma is finally over, at least for now. "I can’t wait to see what spawns next," says Redditor LaPete11, "Jet skis? Outrigger canoe? Rocket ships?"
