This year is the 10-year anniversary of the release of Leigh Bardugo's Six of Crows, the first in her duology with Crooked Kingdom, and to celebrate, a special "Dregs edition" set is hitting bookshelves. While the original Shadow & Bone trilogy of books was a bestseller, it was arguably not until Netflix's cancellation of Shadow & Bone so hard to bear.

While all the Crows are great, and Six of Crows has one of the best enemies-to-lovers arcs with Nina and Matthias, it's undoubtedly Kaz Brekker and Inej Ghafa who instantly became the most iconic characters of the series. They're Being Released Almost 10 Years To The Day Of Six Of Crows' Release

Six of Crows was officially released on September 29, 2015, so it's fitting that the Six of Crows Dregs edition will be hitting shelves almost exactly 10 years to the day later on September 30, 2025. The limited editions of both Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom will be released at the same time, so fans can get their hands on the double set right away. Preorders are already open, so if you want to hop on reserving your copy ASAP, it's strongly recommended – and keep your receipt, as Leigh Bardugo teased in her Instagram post about it that more goodies are in store.

Luckily, preorders are available at pretty much every major retailer through the publisher, MacMillan. Currently, preorder options are available through Bookshop, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million, Powells, and Target. One important thing to note, though, is that each book is, as of now, being sold separately rather than as a set, so you'll need to order each one from its individual page: Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom. Regardless of where you buy them from, they're being called the "Dregs edition" to make searching for them easier.

As Bardugo hinted, though, more is coming with the special anniversary Dregs edition of Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom, so make sure to keep your receipts for further gifts and special offers bundled with the books.

Excitingly, Bardugo also revealed that this is just the first of many special plans to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Grishaverse duology. Sprinkled throughout the year will be special events, limited edition artwork, merch, and more.
