Warning! Spoilers ahead for Daredevil #23
Even though his trial hasn't happened yet, it's more than likely Spider-Man.
In the beginning of Daredevil #23 from writer Chip Zdarksky with art by Marco Checchetto, Daredevil is doing his best to prepare for his trial with his best friend and lawyer Foggy Nelson, but things seem quite bleak as far as his prospects go for walking out of the Matt gets word from Elektra about a meeting being held that night among the criminal leaders of the city, so Daredevil decides to drop in.
Right after Wilson Fisk appoints a new Kingpin of Crime for the city in this issue, Daredevil makes quite the dramatic and epic entrance, with the doors of the vault they were meeting in being ripped off their hinges. Daredevil tells them all, regardless of old or new Kingpins, he's going to take them all down. Even from prison, he'll be listening and watching, promising to make all of their lives hell. While the criminals think he's all talk, Daredevil promises them that he'll be good on his word despite being behind bars, showing them all that's he's got some serious backup to help him out.
Even if Daredevil's out of commission, Spider-Man will still be there to protect Hell's Kitchen in his place (he was also the one who ripped off the vault doors for Daredevil to make said epic entrance, doing his best to seem dark and menacing). After laying down their threat to Hell's Kitchen's criminals, the two heroes meet and talk, and even have some solid reconciliation. Daredevil and Spider-Man hadn't been on the best of ever since Carraro's death, but now it looks like the two heroes are now ready to make amends.
It's pretty cool that Matt can count on Spider-Man to take his place when things inevitably go south again for Hell's Kitchen. This issue in particular will no doubt be one that both Spider-Man and Daredevil fans will be talking about and ing for a long time. Spider-Man being there for Daredevil reminds the Man Without Fear how good it is to have people he can rely on, reminding him to thank God that He's given him the best people to help him out when he needs them most. In any case, Daredevil can now rest easy, knowing that Hell's Kitchen will be safe should the worst (and expected) happen. Either way, Daredevil heads back to Foggy's office to continue working on his defense, knowing that Spider-Man is ready to take over if needed.
