After being out for almost two weeks, Marvel's Spider-Man is setting records by becoming PlayStation's fastest-selling game ever. This newest Spider-Man title is by no means the first Spidey video game, but it's the only one that has been released exclusively on the PlayStation 4.

While that game was released on the Atari 2600, there have been several other Spider-Man video games on other consoles since, like Gameboy, Wii, Xbox, and PlayStation. Spider-Man games over the years have had varied success rates, but critics have given Spider-Man PS4 good reviews, praising both the story and graphics of Insomniac Games' newest title. Now, Spider-Man has reached another milestone.

As revealed in the Tweet, Insomniac's new game sold 3.3 million copies in the first three days of its release. As mentioned above, the video game has only been out a few weeks, which means there are still opportunities for Marvel's Spider-Man to smash even more records.
