On Wednesday, Ubisoft announced Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for PC is available to on Ubisoft Connect from now until November 25. Released way back in 2005, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory received near-universal acclaim and is considered to be one of the strongest installments in Ubisoft's long-running stealth franchise. With rumors suggesting a new Splinter Cell game is in the works at Ubisoft after an eight-year hiatus, the timing could be right for the publisher to offer up one of the series’ most acclaimed installments to commemorate its 35th anniversary. As with the other titles Ubisoft has given away during its monthlong celebration, PC owners who take advantage of this special promotion will be able to keep Splinter Cell Chaos Theory in their Ubisoft Connect libraries indefinitely. Even more free Ubisoft games and events are planned to drop until the first week of December, but it's anyone's guess which titles could be featured next.
