Longtime The Mandalorian featured an enemy from the game.
Starkiller (real name Galen Marek) was Darth Vader’s secret Sith apprentice in The Force Unleashed video game series. Vader took him in after killing his Jedi father in one of the Rebel leaders to lure into a trap set by the Sith, but he soon turned against his master after falling in love with his pilot, Juno Eclipse. He eventually gave his life to protect his new friends aboard the Death Star, but Vader would later clone him in the sequel, leading to a cliffhanger as the series was canceled in the wake of Disney’s 2014 reboot of the Star Wars universe.

If Witwer’s suspicion is true, then this wouldn’t be the first time Disney has included a The Force Awakens for the planet-destroying Starkiller Base.
In fact, Star Wars Rebels producer Dave Filoni (who has also worked on Star Wars: The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian) once considered including Starkiller in that particular show, only to decide against it due to not being sure how to do so without altering the character too much. Indeed, if Starkiller were to be made canon, it would require several alterations to his level of Force power and role in the formation of the Rebel Alliance, both of which have been portrayed differently in Disney’s canon. After Witwer’s tweet, one follower suggested Marek appear as one of the Dark Side-empowered Imperial Inquisitors, which would fit his role as a trainee of Darth Vader. Nonetheless, it would be interesting to see how this fan-favorite character could appear in a future Star Wars film or Disney+ series.
