The elite Inferno Squad is making its return, as Darth Vader is calling it back into action. The Star Wars: Bounty Hunters comic series will bring back the fan-favorite Battlefront II team with a new mission, showing how Star Wars' bounty hunters always find a way to get into bigger and bigger trouble.
StarWars.com has shared solicits for comics that will be released this April, including some new details about the threats Beilert Valance and his companions of deadly Star Wars bounty hunters will be up against. Star Wars: Bounty Hunters #33 will have the creative team of Ethan Sacks and Paolo Villanelli. The cover is illustrated by Giuseppe Camuncoli, with a Lucasfilm Anniversary variant illustrated by Chris Sprouse.
Darth Vader Wants the Job Done Right
Valance, Bossk, 4-LOM, and Zuckuss will be the targets of Inferno Squad, at the order of Darth Vader himself. The comic will also feature the assassin droid IG-88, but the big draw is definitely Battlefront II's Inferno Squad. The squad has taken on Saw Gerrera's Partisans and was part of Operation: Cinder. Their newest mission may be one of their most interesting yet. Check out the solicit information below:

Inferno Squad's Mission isn't Over Yet
Star Wars' Inferno Squad was introduced in the Star Wars Battlefront II prequel novel, Star Wars Battlefront II: Inferno Squad, which was published in 2017. The elite group has not been featured prominently in other media yet, though they have had a couple brief comic appearances. This includes Revelations, a one-shot comic in which they were in one of Darth Vader's visions, a flashback sequence in Hidden Empire #1, and Iden Versio was included on the variant cover of Bounty Hunters #28 by artist Taurin Clarke. Now they'll make their first full appearance in Bounty Hunters #32 and #33 in March and April.
Thus far, the events of Bounty Hunter have been taking some of Star Wars' best bounty hunters when Bounty Hunters #33 releases on April 12.
