In light of the uncertainty surrounding Lando's daughter and her story, Billy Dee Williams has recently appeared on the Dagobah Dispatch podcast to discuss all things Star Wars. When asked about the potential storyline of Lando reuniting with his daughter, Williams had this to say:
"They were trying to decide whether I should have a daughter. I don't know if they decided to follow up on that idea, I haven't heard any or anything on where - or what direction they want to take with that."
These comments from Williams do not offer any hope on whether Star Wars TV shows or theatrical features will delve into this plot point. While it seems as though Lando's daughter was considered as a footnote for his character at some point, Lucasfilm clearly remains unconvinced about whether the storyline holds any merit.
Will Star Wars Complete The Daughter Plot In The Lando Movie?

It certainly seems logical for this to be the case, especially after The Rise of Skywalker's ending which hinted at Jannah being Lando's long-lost daughter. However, given that Donald Glover and his brother Stephen are writing the Lando movie, it could be the case that Lucasfilm is opting for a young Lando story with Glover in the role. Regardless, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’s teases about Lando only promised to further his character, something that his daughter’s inclusion could solidify.
