Stellar Blade is an action-adventure game wherein futuristic soldiers fight to reclaim a lost version of Earth. Even just looking at the main storyline content, Stellar Blade can be a pretty long game. For anyone who can’t put down the controller even after hitting the end credits, there is plenty to do after the game ends. Considering the amount of optional content in the game, hitting the end credits is really just the beginning.
Stellar Blade has quickly risen as one of the best games of 2024. The action-adventure title out of Shift Up features challenging combat, unique enemies, and plenty of cosmetics and collectibles hidden for players to find. Although there is no way to go back once you have beaten the game, there are plenty of ways to replay Stellar Blade. Whether you are looking to test out your skills on a harder difficulty or a completionist trying to capture all optional content, below are the best things to do after beating Stellar Blade.

Stellar Blade’s Map Size Compared To Nier: Automata
Stellar Blade’s map builds on action RPGs like Nier: Automata, blending genre tropes to create a balanced whole. But how big is it in comparison?
7 Replay The Game On New Game Plus
Carry over all your gear into a new playthrough.
Even though you can’t revisit old content, you can continue your journey in Stellar Blade's New Game Plus mode. New Game Plus is a growingly popular game mode that allows you to restart the game with all the skills, enhancements, and items carrying over from your recent playthrough. Even though enemies are slightly harder, the game is generally much easier the second time around, as both your gear and knowledge can work to your advantage.
Be sure to wrap up all loose ends before starting NG+, as you will lose all progress on any active quests you might have.
Stellar Blade has an incredibly robust new game plus mode that offers more than just a repeated playthrough. At the end of the first playthrough, you unlock the Raven Suit that you can utilize this second time around. Alongside the Raven Suit, there are other cosmetics and skills that you can only unlock on a second playthrough. Just note, that whenever you start a New Game Plus, you automatically abandon all quests you may have active.
6 Try Out Hard Mode
The same game, but with a ramped-up challenge.
Whether on New Game Plus or a completely fresh playthrough, hard mode is a great way to add an extra layer of challenge to your next run. Stellar Blade is already a difficult game on its surface, with plenty of enemies to square off against with hard-hitting attacks and uniquely challenging parry timings. Hard mode ramps up the difficulty even further. In this mode, enemies have more health and deal more damage than before.
Hard mode only unlocks after you have beaten the game for the first time. If you decide to go down this route, playing hard mode on New Game Plus is likely your best route. As the name suggests, this is an immensely difficult experience, and playing on a fresh save will be absolutely punishing. Being able to carry over with your past equipment and skills will mitigate this difficulty level some, but still leaves an incredibly enjoyable second playthrough.
5 Get All Other Endings
The good, the bad, and the neutral.
Stellar Blade holds three different endings. The ending you receive entirely depends on the choices you make in the final mission, dubbed Selection of Species. Naturally, you can only get one ending per playthrough, but you might be curious about the remaining two and what impact your alternate decisions may have on Eve and the world. The only way to do this is to start a new playthrough to see for yourself. If you’re just interested in the endings, then you can start New Game Plus on any difficulty and rush to the end.
The endings in Stellar Blade completely revolve around Adam’s offer and Lily’s progress bar. Generally, the best ending for Eve involves refusing Adam’s offer and ensuring that Lily’s progress bar reaches completion. You are not bound to this ending however, as you can see what happens if you accept Adam’s offer, fight Adam off yourself, or purposefully fail to complete Lily’s progress bar.
If you're a fan of the game's story, then I highly recommend reaching the end of the game again just to see the alternate endings.
4 Unlock All Skills
New Beta Skills and upgrades are available in NG+.
Even at the end of Stellar Blade, it’s unlikely that you managed to fill out your entire skill tree. Restarting the game on new game plus gives you the opportunity to continue building out your partially filled skill tree and potentially max out Eve and her drone’s power. If you prefer one particular playstyle, this gives you the opportunity to try out a new build without the cost of respec-ing all your existing skill points (SP).
If you want to test out an entirely new build with all your existing Skill Points, then you can find an SP Initializer to completely reset your skill tree.
New Game Plus unlocks several new skills that you otherwise could not access during an initial playthrough, and also features several upgraded versions of existing skills. This gives a lot more replayability to Stellar Blade. These new abilities, especially the freshly unlocked beta skills, can give a significant damage upgrade that becomes essential to take on the harder bosses in New Game Plus. If you can’t get enough of Stellar Blade’s difficult combat mechanics, then I highly recommend trying to max out your skill tree.
3 Find All Collectibles
From Cans to Fish, there are plenty of collectibles to find.
In the first playthrough of any game, it can be difficult not to focus on the main story quest line and leave plenty of optional objectives to the side. Stellar Blade is brimming with collectibles. Cans, Fish, codes, Memorysticks, and Documents are all scattered throughout the various, expansive zones. In this second playthrough, you can allot yourself much more time to stop and explore areas such as the Wasteland, especially now that you know what’s ahead.
Unlocking fast travel can make finding collectibles in future playthroughs much easier.
Although some collectibles are purely for cosmetics or bragging rights, other collectibles provide very practical benefits. Cans in Stellar Blade are a particularly useful resource to find that reward you with consumable upgrades, and even the unique Black Pearl suit once you locate all 49. codes are also a great way to gain access to further optional content associated with Bulletin Board missions, leading you to otherwise locked locations with valuable loot.
2 Unlock All Nano Suits
The Raven Suit and NG+ exclusives await you.
Although Nano Suits are purely cosmetic, it’s impossible to ignore just how cool they are. As you find Nano Suits throughout your playthrough, you can equip new outfits by going to the equipment tab. Many Nano Suits are either locked behind specific missions or only obtained through crafting via the Repair Consoles found in Supply Camps. Each Nano Suit also comes with a grading, which reflects rarity and quality rather than any sort of power level.
New Game Plus unlocks 12 total new Nano suits, including the Planet Diving Suit, Ocra Pathfinder, Keyhole Dress, Cybernetic Suit, Bike Suit, and more. Stellar Blade contains incredible customization features and plenty of options for players who want to complete another playthrough with an entirely new look. With just how unique the many outfits are in Stellar Blade, it almost feels wrong to beat the game in the default Nano Suit.
1 Get The Platinum Trophy
Find yourself in rare company.
There is no bigger bragging right in Stellar Blade than unlocking the Platinum trophy, which marks 100% completion in the game. The platinum trophy, titled EVE Protocol, requires you to unlock all other 43 trophies in Stellar Blade. This is a massive undertaking, as trophies range in difficulty from activating the first camp to parrying 300 total attacks. If you manage to accomplish this feat, then you’ll find yourself among elite company. At the time of writing, only 437 players, which amounts to a little over 5%, have managed to unlock EVE Protocol.
By the time you complete the main storyline, you will already have completed 16 total trophies. To ultimately complete 100 percent of the game’s trophies, you need to continue on to attain all collectibles, see all endings, and master the game’s combat mechanics. Considering that you need to see all three endings to unlock the Platinum Trophy, this will take at least three playthroughs of the game, but there’s no need to stop there.
