WARNING! Spoilers for Storm #6

In Storm #6 by Murewa Ayodele, Luciano Vecchio, Rachelle Rosenberg, and Alex Guimarães, Professor X pays a visit to Storm and seeks her help after he's broken out of Graymalkin Prison against the X-Men's wishes. Cyclops leads his team to put a stop to them once Storm agrees to help Xavier, which results in a fight breaking out.

The X-Men attempt to reason with Storm upon first encountering her and Professor X, but when Ororo refuses to back down, they have no choice but to engage in battle. Ayodele's Storm series has overhauled her powers by making her the Cyclops' kinetic eye beams are formidable, but with Eternity at the wheel, he gets disposed of within seconds. Storm is already strong enough to take on an entire team of X-Men, but her Eternal Storm transformation unleashes her potential in its entirety.

The X-Men are understandably taken aback by this surge of power - and apparent ruthlessness - from Storm. Later on, Psylocke even notes that she doesn't believe it was Storm in control during the fight, but the fact stands that Ororo has taken a dangerous turn since becoming bonded with Eternity. If she doesn't figure out how to take back control from Eternity, she could create even more rifts between herself and the people she's close to by injuring them brutally.
