ever back in 1992, you probably his subsequent release of workout videos. Some have gotten rich hitting the jackpot with these products, while others haven't been as lucky.

While it would be difficult to list all of the product attempts from reality TV stars that never quite made it, it helps narrowing the list down to exclude anything alcohol or book-related - because those almost seem to be a right of age these days for all reality TV stars. So, for now, we'll have to skip scratching our heads over the strange detour from fashion gurus Kylie and Kendall Jenner writing a sci-fi book and The Real Housewives star Vicki Gunvalson's bacon vodka. Instead, here is a list of products that include everything from the unethical to the unsuccessful.

The “Kardashian Kard”

Keeping Up with the Kardashians sisters

While the Keeping up with the Kardashians' superpower family has had many successful products, they also have had their share of flops. This glitzy prepaid debit card was terminated less than a month after its launch. The famous sisters faced an onslaught of negative publicity from consumer advocate groups about the crazy list of fees on the card and its target audience being young, even financially unsophisticated fans who might not realize what they were g up for in  of fees. Luckily, the decision to end this was probably cost-effective, as well as reputation-saving, since less than 300 cards were ultimately sold.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino Signature Series Couture Lollipop

Jersey Shore lollipop

Nothing could have been more puzzling than when Sugar Factory decided to do a collaboration $25 "couture" lollipop with the now 37-year-old when fans think of the "Situation". It had a bedazzled stick encrusted with green, white, and red fake jewels - no doubt to reflect the Italian flag colors. It's not too shocking that this didn't sell well.

Paris Hilton Creativity Collection Scrapbooking Kit

Paris Hilton

On the topic of wildly off-brand products, it is probably likely that fans have heard of The Simple Life star's signature perfume. However, it's probably less likely that fans have heard of the hotel heiress' scrapbooking kit. The young reality star was known for jet-setting and party-hopping, so a scrapbooking kit seems an odd item for her to launch. Apparently, many people agreed as she never became a household name in the scrapbooking world.

Hulk Hogan's Hulkster Burgers

The Hogan Knows Best star released a line of frozen microwaveable cheeseburgers. Not surprisingly, these did not last long in the Walmart frozen food section where they were initially sold, considering the reviews were less than stellar. Of the many negative reviews, there was the humorous YouTube review where a dog wouldn't even eat it.

Heidiwood Clothes Line

Heidiwood

Shortly after her Hills costar - and often frenemy - Lauren Conrad launched her clothing line, Heidi Montag followed suit with Heidiwood, which was available at Anchor Blue. Sadly, this clothing line faced some very harsh reviews, calling the clothes cheap and unwearable. When that initial contract ended just one year later, Anchor Blue, while still opening more stores, decided their success would not include Heidiwood, and the line was officially dropped.

Snooki's Wild Cherry Soda

Snooki Cherry Soda

While the number of products the Jersey Shore star has put her name on goes way beyond single digits, the number of products that are still around is much smaller. Though fans might respect the hustle, she's yet to capture that SkinnyGirl level of success. Many of the products - like the pickle print flip flops or sparkly leopard print slippers - while odd, do show she does know her demographic. Snooki's Wild Cherry Soda, however, seemed a little out of left field and never quite caught on.

Sonja Morgan's Toaster Ovens

Sonja Morgan's Toaster Ovens

No list of reality TV-led product flops would be complete without the Real Housewives of New York star's kitchen appliance that never was. There were meetings about Sonja Morgan's toaster oven, it was being marketed, packaging was produced, and it even got its own commercial - but that was it. There was never officially a toaster over for sale, as it never officially became a finished product. In the end, it it was nothing more than a hyped product that never came to be.
